"We love the couch we bought. It was excellent. It took a while to get delivered -- that was annoying, but I understand that.
What was unacceptable was that the couch came without every piece it needed. It was missing the bracket to hook the two pieces together. Getting that piece both delivered and installed took about as long as the actual couch to be delivered. That's unacceptable, considering it wasn't our fault the bracket was missing.
Very peeved. Love the couch. Didn't love the response."
"I ordered a six-piece couch from Coleman and I absolutely love it. One of the bars had accidentally arrived bent, which made it so I could not connect two pieces in the sectional. However, I worked with Amy Spanish and she provided me with a one-time courtesy of sending me the replacement piece for free. I would highly recommend ordering from Coleman Furniture as the customer service was excellent. "

"I purchased a tv stand with hutch and absolutely loved it! The delivery took a while but I wasn't in no rush and once my furniture was ready it was all a breeze. Unfortunately the product dimensions were a little off and my TV did not fit in the hutch...very disappointing! I spoke to Joe Nino who was very kind and helpful. Joe was in constant communication by either emails or phone calls with updates. Joe listened and understood my situation and worked to help resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the customer service provided (as well as the product) and will definitely purchase more items in the future."
"Cyra and the entire Customer Support Team was excellent throughout our furniture experience. We ordered end tables, a coffee table, and a sofa table. There were some items that arrived damaged at no fault of Coleman, but either through the shipping or manufacturer; however, Coleman Furniture stood by their policy of making the customer happy. They reached out and were able to quickly get the damaged items replaced and delivered in a fast manner. The furniture is very attractive and sturdy. We also purchased a bedroom suit that was delivered with a White Glove delivery and set-up. Excellent delivery and follow up since the brackets were missing to put the mirror on the dresser. Our dining room is not done yet, but the chairs say “It’s time for a Royal Feast!” I love them. "So far so good! We've had the couch for two weeks now and we love it! Its so comfortable and big enough for my family of 5 (2 adults 1 toddler and 2 large dogs) to all fit comfortably on! It cleans up nicely so far. I will say it get fluff all over my pants the first few days but that has stopped. I also was not expecting for it to take an extra month to get. The delivery guys were quick in and out but almost a little too quick, but worse things have happened! "
"Located the sofa from an ad, great price...even better than the one on Ashley furniture's site. Downside was I had to jump through hoops to pay as my bank was closed so I was unable to up my debit card daily limit to accommodate the charge and Coleman does not accept PayPal which would have let me pay directly with my bank account. Of course the deal was only until tomorrow so I had to transfer money every which way to get it to work
Other than that ordering was easy."
