"Not impressed at all. I ordered an item with "Express Processing" on 2/20/11 so I was expecting the item to ship to me by the end of the first business day and then probably take three or four days to reach me by ground. It was listed as "In Stock" at their Texas warehouse. After not hearing anything for over four days I emailed them and found out that the warehouse in Texas was actually a distributor and they couldn't ship direct to me in MA because of tax reasons so the distribtor had to mail by ground - four days - to their office in Ohio so it could then be reshipped to me in MA. Then even though the distributor could avoid the MA tax by not shipping direct to me I had to pay it to Compsource even though I can't seem to find any retail locations for them in MA. I'll be lucky to see this item before the end of next week as it's being delivered to Ohio today and probably won't be redirected to me until 2/28.

UPDATE: To Compsouce's credit they did refund my express handling charge plus the sales tax but package never did arrive until 3/3. The item ordered didn't work - not a problem with Compsource - and the return seems to be hassle free as I received an email today that my order was being credited (minus shipping)so I've upgraded my rating."
