For one thing, their price for a high end HP monitor was comparatively low amongst online stores with reputable ratings. Their ground delivery, which was free for my item, took just 2 days after my order was processed. Also, I had made an error providing my credit card info and needed to call customer service to straighten it out. The exchange with Dean was one of the most pleasant I've ever had with a company. Finally, compsource is a BBB company which usually reassures me that the business wants to treat their customers properly."

"THIS COMPANY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A DEFECTIVE CUSTOMER!! The shipping was fast but when I got my new LG HX300G projector on Friday the earphone jack would not work correctly! I plugged this into my stereo home theatre system and heard a loud humming noise and couldnt hear much but garble!!! I filed an RMA request to exchange a defective product! I payed $667 was suppose to get 5 dollars off at checkout with a coupon but they charged me $667 anyway!

I called monday and talked to Laura the one in charge of customer service! She acknowledged they had recieved my RMA and I should get it today! No RMA number!! I even called the same day and left a voice message! No call back! I did get this from them on monday evening!

I called everyday of the week talking to different people and get the same false hope of you should be getting your RMA soon!! They said they would email me the next day on friday morning and NEVER recieved and email! Just more LIES or the Run around!! Compsource seems to not care about you if its not in there best intrest!! Customer Service seems to know about as much as you do and can never give you a precise answer!!!

THEY DO NOT STAND BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!

I Checked the Better Business Bureau before I made my purchase and they had an A+!!! All I can say is someone must have been payed off!!

My advice Go with Newegg instead you may pay more but they have great customer service!! I suspect that Compsource is smaller than they lead you to beleive and don't have the resources to perform proper Customer service! They seem to be a drop ship company that does not have a warehouse and must deal with there Dealer Synex Corporation!
