From the time I ordered my items to when they arrived I recieved countless e-mails from Comp-U-Plus letting me know where my shipment was. I have always ordered retail from them and always recieved retail. I have been giving them business since 2000 and will continue to do so. Price and service lead the way in my opinion. I ordered items from Comp-U-Plus and one other company who charged me a fee to hurry their shipment only to be 4 days later than Comp-U-Plus. Keep up the great work. "
"I bought a Canon A80. The price was reasonable and I thought that they were reputable. The camera was a US model and arrived the next day. I am in NJ, only about 50 miles away.
However, the camera was in the manufacturer's box which was just stuck in a flimsy UPS box, with NO padding, etc. No way to ship a delicate item. I have bought unbreakable stuff that was more securely packed. They charged $18 to ship the camera and an extended warranty (that is just a sheet of paper and was a good buy)."

"Excellent experience buying a Canon G5 from Compuplus! Took one day to fill the order (it was late in the day east coast time when I placed the order). Shipping via 2 day FedEx worked great, and the fifteen dollar charge on a $500 item is well under half the local sales tax here, so it's very reasonable in my view.
The package had everything in it, no hint of any mishandling whatsoever. Not always true with other carriers, by the way.
Compuplus' web site is simple and straightforward, their progress emails are useful and helpful, I'll certainly shop with them again.

Price was about $40ish dollars cheaper than others on $300 router. I saw the rating they had on this site but decided to give it a chance and I might have gotten lucky or they are doing a good job now. Well everything seemed to go well untill I checked the status today (jan 5th) to find out they had canceled my order because the item is NOT IN STOCK...yet as you can see in the link below

Well suffice to say due to their false advertising and negligence the recipient of the card wont be getting it as the birthday gift it was intended for. I was a little concerned about the ratings here, but this company has a much higher rating at pricegrabber (4 of 5 stars) for 644 reviews.
Their shipping was inline with others on pricegrabber, plus if you use pricegrabbers 'bottomlineprice' feature compuplus still comes out ahead of a lot of others.

"This company is really awful. Order tracking through the website is totally useless, and every CSR that I talked do didn't even know if the order had shipped. That is, if you can even get through to the CSR -- most of the time the line is busy, and the few times you do get through, it takes 30 minutes to get a hold of an actual human.
Also, they keep prices really low so they can get pricegrabber hits . . . the only thing is, they charge at least double the shipping of anywhere else. I'd much rather shop somewhere else and get decent customer service, expedient shipping, and a non-crap website. Good luck if you shop here -- I didn't have any."
