"The PC ordering was effortless and the price very realistic. I bought at this site because of the promised US support(in english).
The unit arrived within 4 days. Power On Ok but the video card kept resetting and locking up the PC. Called for 4 days and was put on hold in excess of 20 minutes each time except for a cheerful greeting and routed to the virtual waiting room. Computerlx did respond to my E mails wthin 24 hours or less and recommended a driver download from the vendor's site. This did not solve the problem.
Computerlx also recommended a better grade video card to solve this known issue.
With the new video card the PC works without a hitch.
Good service except for the product support voice issue.
