"First off I am writing this late because I was stubborn when I ordered and started the whole system up with XP. Bad Idea. Lots of limitations. I went back and ordered Win 7 Home Prem. I dont regret it. To begin here, I called in and placed my order over the phone with sales rep, Gene. He was timely and courteous every time I called. As a representative, he was always went above and beyond the call of duty. My computer has been up with Win 7 for a week now and it is virtually flawless. "Ordered the system on ebay. The price and their customer service are excellent. We received the system on the fourth day, WOW. The only complaint I have is the case. When I turned on this computer the first time, the sound really bothered me. I thought maybe something got in the way of the fan. It is the the vibration from the hard drive. APZ could use a better case or maybe some rubber screws for the HDD.
Wanted to give a 5, but nothing is perfect.
