"This was my first ever experience detailing components to put into a PC and buying it. It went extremely smoothly. I am very satisfied with it. Only two items of dissatisfaction. First, It took a day or two for the order to be placed after I had submitted my purchase info. Once the order was in, ComputerLX got right to work assembling my machine, and shipped it out promptly. It took about a week for shipping FedEx Ground (expected). Second, the ComputerLX website is a bit sparse. Better information, descriptions, or photos of the individual components would have been helpful. Instead, I opened a new tab and became good friends with Google and Newegg. Now that the box is here, my whole family loves the new computer. It's fast, responsive, and nice to look at with an Apevia enclosure. There's plenty of room for future expansion, and the Phenom x2 processor should be able to handle anything I currently throw at it (web surfing & word processing). In spite of the two (very) minor issues I noted above, I will be ordering from ComputerLX again in the future. It was a pretty painless experience, and with their 3-year warranty, I'm satisfied."

"I purchased a computer from Allpczone on Ebay and it was delivered within a week which I thought was very good service. I ordered the system without an operating system since I owned a copy already. I installed the OS and everything was fine for about a week or so, when it started to give the dreaded "Blue screen of death" and crashed. This was happening a lot so I contacted Technical Support and was advised that I must have memory problems. After trying verious combinations with the memory modules per his suggestion, it was determined that I should return the unit to them and they would resolve the problem "Great" says I. Good for them for fixing a problem.
I get the unit back. They have replaced the motherboard, CPU, hard drive and memory modules. At this point I am a happy camper until I tried to install a copy of Microsoft Office. The system starts crashing AGAIN! Same problem, I contact Tech Support again and am advised that I should contact Customer Service, which I do.
I told them that I wanted my money back because the system they sold me a lemon and simply does not work. They tell me I can not return it because it is over 30 days. I tell them that total time in my hands was 21 days the rest of it was in the hands of their technical support people who obviously couldn't fix the system since it still didn't work.
"OK", says a person from Cust Svc but you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay the shipping back to them. Restock a Lemon? "Who is going to get it next?", I asked.
I have to give kudos to the Technical guys but I believe the Customer Support people need to take a class in how to deal with customers. Their response was to "preload a Genuine Copy of the operating system", thus accusing me of using illegal software which I was not. No name ever appeared on any correspondance from them so I don't even know who the accuser is.

"Found and bought our computer @ AllPcZone through ebay.. Delivered earlier than we thought. Great desktop,and very nice for the price, but we weren't able to set the system as we realized we didn't have a full edition OS. Called them up and got Windows 7 from them too. Way cheaper than Best Buy even with an overnight shipping.. Would recommend this store.. So far our desktops working great..."

"Ordered several PC's, power supply died in one about 7 months later (who knows why - it happens, right?) Found out then that this part was only covered for 1 year (not 3 years, so watch out and read the small print). Then they suggested an upgrade, as the warrantied part would probably fail again. (Guess they're mighty proud of their parts!) Customer service (Edward) rationalized this deception, "astounded" that I didn't want to spend more for an adequate power supply. Very deceptive, won't buy from them again."

"This is the first time I dealth with this company. I would have to say I was treated in a professional manner with all employees of this company. My computer runs great. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is that its noisy. I assume that is because of the cooling fans."

"It was great to have so many options to pick and choose from on their website. I ordered on a Monday and received it on Friday. My son and I could't wait to open it. Any apprehension I had from ordering online disappeared when I opened the box. It was packed just as if I'd done it myself, all spare parts and empty packaging included, easy to read instructions, and best of all the computer was awesome. I opened it up to check it out and I was impressed, again just as if I'd done it myself. A very good build, a few things surprised me like the heat spreaders on the high performance memory and a better CPU cooler that I expected. They even ran the cable for the DVD player I didn't order and said I would install. Powered it up and it runs so sweet, no junk installed.
Have had for 2 weeks now and could't be happier. I recommend ComputerLX for anyone who wants a quality custom build at affordable pricing.

"Never ordered from ComputerLX before and was skeptical, but these guys know what they are doing. They walked me through the order process and warned of conflicting devices- I wanted a nice graphics card, and they suggested a beefier power supply to handle it. Every question answered. Ed is the best! Fast shipping. They even helped me upgrade my pre-existing laptop so it could talk to the new WIN7 machine. Highly Recommend."

"They've got fantastic prices and the good stuff!! I live on a tiny fixed income and this was extremely important to me. I was able to get a bunch of parts I needed to rebuild my system. They even called to make sure I had everything because I hadn't ordered an case or power supply. *THAT* is great service!!

The shipping was also extremely fast, no hassles at all. I had one item that wasn't working quite right and I called them up and they were just as friendly and helpful as could be. Gave me an RMA number and made sure everything else was okay still. Got an e-mail saying the replacement part is on its way.

Overall, in the 15 years I've been doing things 'computer', this company is the best I've dealt with for ease of ordering and options of payment, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the best prices I could find. I'll be sticking with these guys for years to come.

"At first, I was a bit worried about buying a computer off the internet, especially when it came from the US (I live in Canada). Would there be brokage fee? What if the seller doesn't ship me the item? etc. I was also a bit worried about how Allpczone asked payment through bank wire and didn't accept paypal payment for international orders.

So.. basically, I'm writing today for all those who lives in Canada and are worried about purchasing a computer from AllPCzone / computerLX.com

1) Since the item was assembled in the US, I didn't have any brokage. I did have some taxes to pay though, so do be prepared to have to pay for federal taxes upon receiving the item.

2)Ebay protection does cover Bank wire transfer. So.. even if you do pay through bank wire, you still have a protection.

3) Everytime I contacted Allpczone, I spoke with the same sales person everytime. I really appreciate that.

4) Order arrived with no damage to the computer. Everything was working fine and my order was as asked.

5) The order was shipped via Fed ex.. what could you ask more? The computer was shipped and received within a few days.

For these five reasons, I definately do consider buying from allpczone / computerlx.com again. Their customer service is awesome. I didn't have to test out their technical support since everything worked well.. but I'm sure it's as good as their customer service.

"Being that this was my first purchase from ALLPCZONE I was hesitant about it, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised with my computer purchase. Gene was professional and had some helpful insight on my configuration. Price was very competitive with other online retailers even with EXTRA cooling package and memory heat disipators. "Great product great price. There payment options for Canada suck they only accept wire transfers, checks and money orders no credit card. The people I spoke with on the phone weren't helpful at all and one time I sat on hold for over 15 min before the call was disconnected. They shipped it out in a reasonable amount of time."

"My computer is a birthday gift. I got to configure the computer for my businesses the way I wanted to. This was a treat. I order the PC and within 1 week, I had received it.
