"This was my first order from this company. The tower itself came with in a week but the monitor has not come yet? and I received no tracking numbers for it either? I called their 1-866 number and talked to a rep. but he wasnt much help he had no tracking number for the monitor and his advice was to wait till the weekend was over..Till Monday and if I haven't received it yet to call again? "I bought a quad 4 processor computer (INTEL Q9550, 4GB DDR3, 30GB SSD, INTEL X4500 512MB) on eBay for $692. I write this review now because I have needed so much support with this low quality product (computer) that I was afraid I might need more support in the recent future to get this computer working again and All PC Zone may not want to help me anymore.

First, I was surprised that in this day and age, this computer from these people did not contain a DVI port on the mother board. So I had to buy that board.

Second, the computer was dead on arrival. I called support and waited 75 minutes and the phone, and then the connection was dropped. I called the next day and we troubleshoot; and it was a failed power supply. I decided for them to mail me a better replacement power supply that cost me $35, as this failed one was a $12 power supply. Why in the world would anyone want a $12 power supply in their computer, so cheep is this company. I waited about 10 days for the new power supply. I mailed back the failed $12 power supply to get money back on it, but even though this power supply never worked for me I had to pay the return shipping cost of about $11; what a waste of more time.

Then about one month later the Ethernet port on the mother board failed. They shipped me a Ethernet board, which I waited about a week for that.

The computer did come with a very large case fan, which is quite.

Lesson: Be careful to buy from companies on eBay, and don't buy from All PC Zone.

Reply Update: When I waited 75 minutes on the phone and was disconnected, I had called the technical support number ***-***-****. Technical support told me the power supply cost $12; and I got the basic configuration because I wasn't going to add any boards or drives. The last "barebones" computer I bought on eBay about 3 years ago had the DVI built into the mother board.
I say that a person can get a better deal (value) from Dell, when I sale, than buying from AllPCZone."

"After the last ten years of "building" my computers, with sucess, my wife decided to give me a new computer as a 20th anniversary gift.
