I wonder where they get such high rating from. How can they ship something totally different and not even check if it matches the papers!

"I purchased a new pc online from Geeks.com and found the pc, on arrival, to be out of order. In the process of returning the item, I had been enthusiatically assisted by one gentleman repeatedly spanning several day until it is done. I encountered the next phase of getting back my money with the same type of help from the very gentleman until my credit account was credited. The whole experience has erased my long held anxiety in getting into this type post sale dealings which often times cause tremendous amount of anguish. In addition to Geeks online offers and rich selection of merchandise, after sale service is just very impressive. This is the reason why I have been buying from them since 2007. I would like to share this with my fellow online buyers.

"I've used Geeks.com four times now to purchase computer hardware, drives, adapters, cables etc. Thier delivery was prompt and the prices were the lowest I found on similar items.
This last time I ordered the wrong sized internal hard-drive - my error. I called thier 800 number, waited on hold about 60 seconds, spoke to an "english as a first langauge" individule, got an RMA number, a Refund, a pre-paid FED-EX shipping label and 10% off on the re-order of the correct item.
For me, it was excellent service!

"I ordered a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 755 Core 2 Duo 3.0Ghz E8400 PC on April 4th, 2012 for $249.99. The PC was shipped on the same date that I ordered it and arrived on the scheduled time/date as well. However, the case/flap on the unit was a bit banged up somehow and scratched as well and so I contacted Geeks Customer Support and told them about the case. The rep told me that they would send out a replacement case but to this day, I never received one and wasn't informed that they didn't have it in stock as well. Today, I received an email showing the same machine on sale for $219.99. I was a bit uptight and so I contacted Geeks via chat and told them about the price difference but unfortunately, they weren't able to do much about it since it's been over 30 days. So, I explained to the customer support rep, Vangie, that I had requested a replacement case/cover but that I had never received it and wanted to know if at least, she could do something about this. She looked up my incident and found that they still didn't have it in-stock but would rather set me up for an RMA to return the whole unit for another one. Since I've upgraded components in my PC and configured it the way I wanted, I didn't want to go that route. So, instead Vangie offered me the difference of the price that I bought the PC for vs the current price ($30) and asked if I would be OK with that. I could live with a banged up side piece for the difference in price, which she said would be refunded back to my credit card. So, overall, a good experience with Geeks.com and their Customer Support. I would recommend them and will buy from them again! Thank you Geeks."
"These guys are all about customer service!!! They handled my problem with no questions asked. Quick response to emails and shipped the replacement part the same day. I actually got a personal response, I haven't got that very often. I will continue to buy from them and their prices are hard to beat. All I have to say is don't hesitate to purchase, they are quick, low priced with good quality, and have wonderful customer service!
