"I have gotten items from Geeks.com before and was completely satisfied until this year. I ordered a Kodak Camera and when I got it it was a mess. I took three pictures and it said the internal memory was full and wouldn't take any more. I was also to receive a memory card with it and all I got was a plastic case - no memory card. I ordered a second camera and paid extra for the 2 day shipping and didn't get it until four days after it was supposed to arrive. I tried to take pictures with it and after 5 pictures it stated the same thing - internal memory is full. I called them and they said they would send me a return slip but so far I haven't gotten it. They are supposed to credit me with the first camera and the shipping costs but have not gotten anything from them. I understand they are re-furbished but my understanding of re-furbished is when they go through the product and fix what is wrong with them. I also found out that I could get a camera from Sears for practically $5.00 more that is new. I am very upset with the cameras and will think long and hard before I order from them again. This has been a disaster for Christmas as they were supposed to be Christmas presents. "

"What I will say is WOW ! 1 of 2 items was defective, I reported it to Geeks.com and within 2 hours I had a printed FedEx label and had a scheduled pickup for the next day ! They must have tested the defective item the very moment they received it back,I had tech named Fabian telling me the replacment is going out tonight, right after the info was updated on their "easy to use" website. Very polite and professional help. This was my 1st purchase and even though there was an issue with the product I rate Geeks.com 5 out of 5 stars, because they were not at fault and have made me a customer for life.
