"I made this order by mistake, and Geeks.com took care of me even though I'm an idiot. It was on a weekend, so their customer service dept. wasn't open, so I couldn't cancel until Monday morning. They had people processing on the weekend and it actually shipped Sunday, before I had a chance to cancel. Great if you want your order quickly, but bad if you're trying to cancel. But Geeks.com handled it really well. After I called them Monday morning, they gave me a free shipping label and a full refund back to my credit card. The return was easy and fast. Ordered Saturday, had it the next Wednesday. Return shipped it Thursday, they had the refund processed by the next Tuesday. Thank you Geeks!"

"I ordered a 2.5" AirLink101 AEN-U25SAB sata hard drive enclosure and when I got it the drive didn't fit inside. There is nothing on the site that says that all 2.5" drives won't fit the enclosure. When I called customer service they told me that I should have known that it wouldn't and that they couldn't do anything for me. Worst of all I spoke to two different people and the second one told me that he had "wasted" his time talking to me. Several times he would not even let me speak as he was speaking over me and not even listening to what I had to say. He was very rude during the entire call! When I asked for contact information for whoever the webmaster is so that I could attempt to have them add a warning to the page so nobody else would buy the same item and end up in my situation he refused to give me the contact info. They knew there was a possibility that the drive wouldn't fit but did not put any warning on the site and then refused to do so as if they wanted to fool people. Between their deceptive selling practices and their rude representatives geeks.com has ensured that I will never order from them again."
"The Mini AV LED Projector is a small beautiful thing to look at straight out of the box. However, when push comes to shove, there is a real lack of power in terns of prfomance!The light of this prjector is very dim! At times the image is hardly vissable. I found the lighter an image was the better the picture quility. However, If it is a video projector you are looking for this is NOT the one you want. I recomened buying something a little more pricey!
Try a good 1000 dollar projector if you want a good video display !"

I was offered reimbursement of my shipping costs both ways and I must say this has gone a long way to restoring my faith in this company. I was also sent an email saying they had tested the product and found it to be defective and credited the shipping. This is the kind of customer service I was hoping for and did finally receive. Well, I am one unhappy customer! I emailed right after I received my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse that the mouse would not work. No response for 2 full business days! I emailed again! No response. Called them and was told to mail it back and they will replace or give me my money back. I paid $14 to ship it...it does not work...I pay for it to go back ($16.00)....and they just say we will ship out another or refund your money. No concern for customer service whatsoever. I'm totally apprehensive about what to do next as I cannot afford anymore shipping charges if the next one does not work! :( I had high hopes at the beginning...now just feeling ripped off!"
