"I am writing this review to point out my experience with my recent order . I received the laptop -Dell D610 Pentium M 1.17GHZ 1GB 40GH CDRW/D on time but some of the key boards were not functioning. I reported this to Geeks and RMA # G152271 was created for this issue. I called Geeks that I needed a replacement to reached me before I leave USA for overseas vacation on 4/14/2008. A replacement was sent to me promtly by GEEKS 0n 4/12/2008 before I departed on my trip.
What I noticed about this substitute laptop is that the hard drive capacity was only 2GB.Which is too inadequate for modern computing. I have left the computer in overseas. promising my nephew I shall purchase a bigger Harddrive to replaced the 2GB hd.

"Be very careful and specify exactly what you want in writing to the geeks when ordering. I ordered 2 dual memory capable mobos-sdram/ddrRam, and what I recieved were ddr only boards. The ad copy and picture showed dual ram boards, the part number is the same, k7vm2, but bios revision is 3.0 on the ddr only board, rev 1.92 on the earlier one. I got a bastardized ddr only version with the old bios (1.92)
I've Emailed twice, did a site contact, but to no avail, it's been a week now and no word back for an RMA, screw me, nada. This is the second time they've done this to me and they've lost me as a customer.
I'll stick with Newegg.

"At first, I wasn't sure what to think of Computer Geeks.com. I should have looked in the box before I left, but the TV came really dinged up. I called them and let them know I was having problems. They immediately turned it around for me. They issued an RMA tage without any argument. Said, they would look at it and let me know what they can do. Most likely they would exchange it. I was satisfied with that, then we found out the tv was out of stock. I was so upset for a moment until they gave me a better alternative. They said there were 3 other choices for a different TV. The TV I got was SO MUCH BETTER, no dings. looks BRAND NEW, EVEN FASTER RESPONSE, ITS MORE EXPENSIVE TOO!!!!! I can't believe their service. They are the best customer service line I've ever called. Not just because of the alternative, but because they took responsibility for their product. They back their product up. The second to last person I spoke to was SOOOOOO NICE. He didn't even give any innuendo of burden from our conversation. He was really fast too. Very efficient. I wish most customer service centers were like this one. This one treated me very well. The circumstance would have been strenuous for most companies because they have to take a certain amount of "loss".

"Yes, I did purchase this product, a Apple (Nano) Ipod. The product came in proper packaging and was in excellent condition but, it did not work for me. I returned the product with "No" hassel and was able to find another ipod, "different maker", at a cheaper price then The Apple (Nano).
