The even had an option on the site to resubmit the same card. I straightened out the credit card problem and even though I had free shipping through a code online, the package was shipped within hours and arrived via ground shipping two day later. There were no scratches on the PDA screen and they send a brand new battery in sealed in a bubble pack. Everything on the PDA works fine!"
