"I ordered a Wireless keyboard / Mouse combo and the mouse works fine, However the keyboard does not work correctly, The backspace, L, C, and some other keys do not work when pressed, I have installed the software that came with it on multiple computers and it still does not work. I emailed their customer service late Friday night and I understand why I did not receive a reply over the weekend, But it is now Monday evening...
When I placed an order before and my credit card was denied it took a staff member a matter of hours to email me about it... Why after you all have received payment do I not get as good of support?... I have orded things from you all before and this is the first problem. But if this is how you all treat customers needing replacements or other support then I will not be doing business with you all again. However if this can be resolved I actually have more things I am ready to order on your site...
At the moment, I am not impressed nor would I recommend you all to friends / family.

I forgot that Monday was Memorial day, I called Tuesday and they have sent me out a new keyboard that should arrive today, You all even paid for 2 day shipping... THANKS!"

back in 2000 ive been buying from them of and on for some time now in the 8 years of doing business with them i have only received two items that failed to work the first was a motherboard they rma it checked it and sent me a new board
the second was now
bought an athlon64 kit put the system together and it ran sweet only two days later the power supply crackled and system shut down
call geeks and they are replacing the power supply with no problems.
now not everyone can please everyone all the time
just the way it is

"I bought a 9-Volt Battery operated Mini Cordless Screwdriver. The battery included was completely corroded. I had to discard of the battery and purchase on my own. Email them about them to inform them of my disappointment. As expected, have not heard from them and assumed they ignored me.
Since the item was cheap I guess it was my fault really. I figure it would not be worth it to get a RMA since they probably would not reimburse the s&h. So I had to clean up the screwdriver myself and replace the battery on my own."

They have almost always the lowest prices you can find anywhere, and carry a lot of unusual stuff that you don't see at any other computer hardware store. I have never had a problem with any order from them (and I shop there a lot).I browse their site a lot just to see whats new. Oh! and they have a lot of great sales too. My only gripe is that I keep trying to sign up for their newsletter (numerouse times) and I never get it:(

"The order arrived on time. Three months later the product simply stopped working. I contacted Geeks.com Customer Service. I had to stay on the phone for a while before I got through to an associate, but that's nothing compared to the promptness I saw with the way they handled my case. They sent me a RMA receipt and a FedEx return tag. I sent the product back to geeks.com, they got it on Monday. They tested the product on Tuesday and confirmed it was a defected unit and immediately sent me a brand new replacement. It was very quick. I received the new product on Thursday.
I am very very happy with their service. Will recommend them to all friends and family.
