"I ordered my HP #21 black ink cartridge on Oct. 19, 2007 and received it on about October 26. Shipping wasn't as fast as I would have liked, but it was within 3-5 business days; it would have arrived a lot sooner if they didn't spend 3 days processing my order. But that's not what bugs me about this company.
Consumer Depot flat-out refused to send me a tracking number for my shipment. Their website simply will not tell you your tracking number, so I filled out their email form requesting the number. The next day they asked that I wait 48 hours before tracking my package. Well, it had been 72 hours since ordering when I sent the email, and the website said my package had shipped. The style of the email was VERY condescending as well, and written in a my-way-or-the-highway style. Very unfriendly. So I emailed them back, explaining that the package had been shipped and that it had in fact been 3 days since ordering. They responded 3 days AFTER my package arrived (Oct. 29) with the EXACT SAME email as before! They didn't even read my emails, nor did they comply with my request to have a tracking number! This is such a simple and reasonable request that I was beginning to think that I was being scammed, especially with all the reports I had been hearing about them sending faulty products. My fears were reaffirmed when the website for some reason went down for 2 days straight; when you log into your account on the site, it doesn't even use a secure connection! I think I'm one of the lucky ones, though; my product arrived and it works. However, I truly do feel that I was LUCKY. Do not trust this shady company with your money. Do not give them your credit card number, and above all, do not trust them to send you what you ordered in working order! This is a company to be avoided by all costs. Oh, it's also worth noting that with all of these reports of this company sending out faulty products that they require a 20% restocking fee and will not cover shipping charges on your returned items. NO exceptions. Furthermore, they do not have a phone number listed, nor do they list an email address; you must contact them via the online form. Does that sound trustworthy to you? Not at all to me."

"The radio arrived in fine condition; the shipping was fast (if a bit expensive). I had no problem using Auction Logistix to pay for the radio.
However, attempting to use Auction Logistix subsequently to request a tracking number proved to be impossible: Logistix refused to recognize the eBay auction number and my user name. Using the seller's "Ask the seller a question" on the auction page the first time got me a non-responsive automated reply. The second time I used "Ask the seller a question," I got nasty to get their attention.
It should not be that difficult for the seller to AUTOMATICALLY send the buyer a tracking number without having to ask for it, or to provide a link to the tracking number for the buyer on the auction page.
I realize the seller does a high volume amount of business and attempts to keep his costs (and prices) relatively low, but after the buyer makes his purchase, the buyer's primary concern is where the package is and when it will arrive."

"I will never buy from this store again. I purchased a "display" JBL on Stage II. When it arrived it has no remote and when I questioned this the response was that it didn't come with it. The ad never said that but they are now selling another one saying "no remote" and it is $10 less than I paid. However, much worse is that the wrong AC adapter was included. Their response was that I was over the 14 day return policy (I had gone on vacation). The adapter can be bought at auctions for $30 and up. Thus, for $40 they sold me a unit with no power and no remote. "
