"Unfortunately, I am not able to provide a good review as my delivery time was not as advertised. This has happened on my past several orders. So, I will not be re-ordering from Contacts express. I ordered my contact lenses on March 18. They shipped several days later. The estimated delivery date on Canada Post says they will be delivered on April 8. Meanwhile, I ordered through contacts express because they promised fast delivery within 3 to 5 days, I believe. I ordered through this company for the fast delivery option. There are other companies closer to me that would ship faster and for free. I was willing to wait up to two weeks as I know there can be shipping delays due to weather, etc. However, three weeks is just too excessive. Especially, when you are paying shipping charges versus free shipping. I needed these contacts for my sons provincial hockey tournament next week and he will not have them in time now."

"Easy ordering, good pricing overall, but the address label wasn't printed properly and was shifted cutting off the first number of my address meaning the notifications for sent to the wrong address. One small thing, but I had to search through emails for tracking information because of it. "
