"The website was user friendly and let me find exactly what I was looking for. Unlike newegg.com and tigerdirect.com The Cooler Guys actually had the item I was looking for, in stock, and for a decent price. In filling out the shipping info I made an minor error, and contacted their shipping department about my mistake. Within two hours of my e-mail, I received an e-mail back with instructions from a real person. It was an excellent online buying experience which has at times been a real pain. The cooler guys have their business in order. Today I even received a call from one of their sales reps about the conflict I had made in addressing. The Cooler Guys are definitely one of the best online resellers around."

"I spent $483 on a case + accessories from CoolerGuys, and couldn't be happier. My case, and two large boxes full of accessories (cables, sleeves, vibration dampeners, etc) easily tracked as soon as they shipped, and arrived quickly. The box with the case had mild-moderate damage, but the case itself was not damaged, and even if it were, I would blame the shippers, not CoolerGuys.

Short version: Save time buy skipping PriceWatch, and buy from CoolerGuys!

"Ordered a CpuMate DA34HM2 Heatpipe heatsink. The email updates are great and quick. I like the FedEx tracking feature. What can I say other than they rock?! Their shipping for this heatsink is the lowest compared to all the other results I found on pricewatch and froogle. And it was sent in a VERY secure box, plenty of cushion for any kind of bumps. I intend to buy from them again when I build another computer!"

"Excellent service! Received SP-97 heatsink, panaflo 92mm high speed fan, and back plate in super fast. Panaflo fan even came with with a 3-pin connector already installed, and cheaper than New-egg without the 3-pin connector (most places you have to buy the 3-pin tail seperate for this fan)

Had a small issue with their order site that caused me to order the same things twice. Emailed them about canceling, and they said no problem. They ended up accidentially shipping me two of everything, and happily paid for and scheduled the fed-ex pickup to have the package sent back.

Spoke with or emailed their tech, and two customer service people who were all VERY nice, and very prompt with reply's.

Will definately do business with again.

I ordered three fans and some Ceramique compound for my system. All the items showed up as ordered in good condition. After 3 days use, the YS Tech 70mm TMD fan failed which was used to cool my processor.
I RMA'd the fan on January 20th. I have still not received a replacement. I have sent an e-mail requesting information as to when I would receive my replacement fan. I got a reply from a Tim at PCToys.com on 2/28/04 informing me it would be sent out on Monday March 1st. I still have yet to see my replacement fan, and am now getting SPAM e-mails from PCToys.com!!!!

The original order came in good, however their support is horrible. My next purchases will be from somewhere else now.

"I experienced a problem with my pcToys 92mm Stealth Pro case fan. My Intel monitor shows the RPM dropping to 0 then back up to normal RPMs.

I own 2 of these fans and they worked flawlessly for over a year keeping case temperatures under control. I do a lot of video rendering / trancoding and the box used to get warm until I installed your fans...

I took it back to CompUSA to exchange it as it has a lifetime warranty. They no longer carry the product and advised me to contact you directly.

Your Tim Mulvihill responded via email and took all necessary steps to insure the problem was corrected.

"OK. About these guys? Great! 1st, they have unique accessories, which r difficult to find elsewhere; 2nd, there prices (such as there light up zippy keyboard) r lower than other resellers; 3rd, I had to make a change to my initial order, (needed an additional fan screen)and they sent me several for no charge!
