"Up until my last order I would have reccomended this company, but my experiance with my last purchase from them has left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a Swiftec h2o-8500 liquid cooling kit from coolerguys. in the picture and description on there website the kit included the cpu and gpu waterblocks. when I received the package however these items were not in the box. after emailing the company, I was told that the two blocks were not a part of the kit, and I could either buy those two parts "at a discount" or return the item (at my cost). While I was a little peeved with them about this, I responded that I would take the discount once I knew what this "discount" amounted to. I never heard from the company again. about a month after emailing them, I gave up and bought the blocks from someone else."
"If you order from Coolerguys, just hope that you actually get what you ordered. If not, you'll have to pay to rectify their mistake! That is just crappy customer service, if you ask me. Also, good luck getting through to their customer service guy. At least they only took 2 days responding on email...
It's not very likely that I'll order from them again. I'll rather do my shopping at Newegg, ZipZoomFly, or Case-mod instead. Those are companies that know how to treat customers."
