The next day, I received an email stating that there will be a delay in shipping and I can choose to cancel my order if I could not wait, so I did. I cancelled my order on March 6th, it is now March 22nd. I still have not received my refund. Do not trust this website!"

I placed my order on 3/13/2013, the fund was drawn immediately from my credit card but the merchandise was never shipped. On March 20, I sent them an email to ask about the shipment, they replied they would respond in the next 24 hours but they did not. On 3/22/2013, I called to cancel the order. They just accepted my request without even asking for the reason (it appears they knew well this would happen because they were selling goods that they did not have)!
Now I am waiting for the refund and see if they will refund me promptly"
"The Snowjoe snow blower may only be about 40 pounds but it works like a champ on some pretty hard snow as long as you take it in small bites. The delivery was pretty fast and I am pleased with this unit for the great price I paid for it. Having this blower sure beats the tar out of having to use my shovel to clear the snow. This unit is also a whole lot quieter than any gas powered unit. I figure if I can get three or more winter seasons out this blower than I am going to be very pleased with my purchase. But for now I would most certainly recommend this blower to anyone who needs a small electric snow blower to remove some fairly heavy snow from their sidewalks and short driveways."
"I pre-ordered two 3DS games through CostCaptain's website. The first arrived quickly with no problem. The second game didn't come so quickly. I had waited two weeks and nothing had shown up in my mail box. I sent an e-mail to CostCaptain and quickly received a response that they would look into it, and two days later I had the game in hand.
So maybe they need a kick in the pants at times, but due to the pricing and quickness of responding to my problem, I don't think I will have any trouble giving them my business again.
