"Web Site Details: Fail. The web site showed one part number on the page. The item in my order was different.
Order Execution - Details: Mostly pass with some fail. My parts orders were include. However, the CostCaptain.com Premier membership line item was not listed.
Order Execution - Delivery: Fail. After three weeks I am still waiting for part of my order.
Order Execution - Packaging: Sorta Pass. Would have appreciated the boxed items sent in a box instead of a plastic bag. The bag shipping method caused the manufacturer's box to be crushed. But luckily the item was still usable.
Order Execution - Item quality: Pass. The items delivered were new and in working condition.
Customer Service: Mostly Pass. Except for weekends, Follow up to customer inquires usually occurred in about 24 hours. Most of the time the CostCaptain.com representative read and understood the service request. However there was at least once where the rep blew through the email and responded incorrectly. Follow ups were back on target with the original request.
Overall I rate Pass CostCaptain.com as an okay business and would consider them in the future. But I would definitely write/call to the sales support people first before placing the order based on my experience with the web page item detail issue.

I ordered expedited shipping on a Lenovo Slip-On case at a good price. The shipping was extra and was purchased on the expectation that the package would be delivered quickly. After 3 days the ordered product was still "pending". On Thursday, February 21, I contacted the support desk and inquired. The support person was very helpful and my item was shipped that day. I requested a refund on the expedited shipping cost and it was refunded.
I am not sure I would order from CostCaptain again because of the delay in shipping but the customer response was excellent and I might consider trying again."
