"I recently ordered McAfee Total Protection 2013 (3 user) for $17.99. I got it a few days ago, but the package says "This product must be purchased with any computer hardware, software, or peripheral. Products must be purchased on the same receipt".
THIS CONDITION WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THE PRODUCT DETAILS. This is daylight cheating and Fraud. I have written to customer service, and if the response is negative, I am planning to return and call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Other Buyers, PLEASE BE-AWARE!!"
"I will be honest that after I placed my order I found this website and got very apprehensive. The price for my Intuos5 tablet was much cheaper than everywhere else. I thought I had been scammed and really expected a hard time getting a refund.
But the opposite was true. My tablet was promptly shipped, the tracking number was emailed and it arrived, brand new, yesterday.
I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone."

Have now tried to cancel after receiving an email that there was an "issue" with shipping, and no further response. So far the only "problem" has been that I now have almost $60 tied up due to what can generously be called a completely automated system for orders that is not backed by customer service. If you want cheap prices, and can afford to wait, they may be worth trying. Otherwise..."

Wander if I ever would have gotten item if I did not call. Item arrived today 2/19 - 13 days later. No suggestion of refund of extra paid."
"I was skeptical b/c their cost was the lowest on the web- even lower than Amazon with my free shipping Prime account. But I went ahead and ordered and was very happy I did! We purchased the Leap Frog My Pal Scout, actually our second one, so we can keep one at Nana's house and one at home, b/c my son has become very attached to Scout and we didn't want to be without him. :) So seeing as how it was a second copy, we didn't want to spend too much. Packaging was brand new, this was not some returned item or damaged item. not sure why CostCaptain was so much cheaper, Scout worked perfectly when we hooked him up to the computer, and his demo batteries were good, so it's not some run-down demo either. Anyway, clearly I was skeptical. :) But we are very happy and would use CostCaptain again HAPPILY."

"Is this a real business or scam? I ordered a case on 02/06/2013 and received an email a day after saying that item is not available and does not specify a date for shipment. Since I don't want to wait indefinitely, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It is now 6 days and I got nothing. I emailed and never got a response and I called their support line and no ones answer, it ask me to keep waiting on the line and then after 10 minutes or so says all agents are busy and hang up!! I am going to file a case against them. Stay away from this scam."
