"I normally hate to give such a negative review, but my experience with CostCaptain has been terrible. I ordered a product of theres and was told a few days later that the order had been delayed for an unspecified reason. When I called, I was put through to an answering machine after waiting 10 minutes. I then decided to email them, and was told it would take a business day. It has now been two and I still have not been able to get in touch with a support staff. I guess there prices are too good to be true."

"Ordered on 12/11 - item was supposedly in stock. 12/27 received email that order could not be shipped to a post office box. Replied with a physical address on 12/28. No item or response by 1/3, emailed a second inquiry. 1/14 still not received order so processed a cancellation on cost captain's web site. 1/15 received email saying they have the item but no email from me with a physical address. Item charged to credit card in December as of today, 1/19, no item and now no refund. This site is to be avoided. "
"Actually, was not pleased with my service. I was never told that my item was backordered. Was told at the time I ordered that I would have in 3-5 days. When I finally got someone on the phone (had to get the number of the Atlanta office) found out that it would not be in until 12/17, but was assured that it would be shipped right out. No, on Thursday, 12/20 got a call from FedEx that it would be delivered by 4:30 on Fri 12/21. Getting pretty anxious by now. Not delivered until 5:46 and I had run to my neighbor's to take something she needed. They wouldn't leave it because CostCaptain required a person be home!!! Really, for a $53 game!! That made my delivery date 12/24 and Fed Ex told me if I could get someone at CostCaptain to drop the required signature, they would leave it. I had so much to do on Christmas Eve, I could not stay home and wait on Fed EX. Was supposed to be here by 4:30.. .didnt receive until 5:00. Will not likely order from CostCaptain again. Fed Ex said they did not send until after the deadline on the 20th of Dec. and I had been told it would ship on the 17th. Bad Experience!!!!!!

"I ordered this projection clock on Jan 1 and after a couple of days Cost Captain sent me an e-mail informing me that my order would be delayed due to insufficient stock. However, they did get my order filled and delivered by Jan 14th and kept me informed along the way. I would not hesitate to order through them again. "
"The product I recieved was just as described and worked as advertised. However the shipping process that should have taken no more than 3 days took 7 days. Even after I contacted for support and the oversite was worked out the package still was sent out on a USPS shipping instead of express. I ppaid for 2-3 day shipping and got my product in 7. total span time from order to in my hand was ten days including the weekend."
