"If only i read the previous reviews i'ld have saved myself so much headache. I ordered a Volcano Flow on 12-18-12 so i could watch my cable TV when i travelled out of state over the christmas break. I also payed xtra bucks for expedited shipping. I didn't get any product by 12-24-12 and i contacted them via email and they said the item was out of stock and if i wanted to cancel my order. I said ofcourse and they cancelled it. To cut the long story short, its 01-14-13 and i haven't got my refund back and they have stopped replying my emails. Avoid this place by all means else u'll find urself regretting. If a 0 star was possible, that'll be my rating for them."

"This ordeal has been ridiculous. I tried to buy a keyboard from CostCaptain on a Wednesday morning (mine is currently broken (using my roommates)). I paid for the 1-2 day expedited shipping fully expecting it to get here on Saturday or Monday.

So a day passes, and my order status is still "pending". So I email their customer service asking, "how long does this usually take?". The turn around time for their emails is supposed to be less than one day. Nothing. A day later my status has changed to processing. So I am cancelling (apparently this can take a day, also).

Uh. People? It's not 2003 anymore. Get with it. "

"This was a bad experience. I ordered 32 calculators and was charged for 35 calculators. When I asked for a refund I was simply told to "send back the calculators" which is ridiculous. Never using Costcaptain again unless I am reimbursed for the 3 calculators ($9) total that I didn't buy."
