"BUYER BEWARE! This company posts FALSE advertisements as a BAIT & SWITCH SCHEME. We purchased a window from this company for $526.75 with shipping listed as $26.36 for an item that weights 40 lbs. We received an email to contact seller the next day. After calling, we learned there would be an ADDITIONAL $225 charge to have the item shipped to us. They also LIED stating this item could NOT be shipped by UPS despite every other seller we researched shipping this item via UPS. End result, a CANCELED order. CON ARTISTS. "

I ordered my window a month ago and when I called to check in to get an update I was told by some gentleman that they've tried to call me after i placed my order to inform me of an additional $135 i would have to pay before I could receive my window. First off, my job revolves around my phone so if for some reason i do miss a call, i always return the call- i NEVER received a call from DK. This is AFTER my order was placed, people!! "First, there was no transaction footprints of my order placed on 4/22/19, anywhere. No emailed receipts, no info on my login screen, nothing. Thankfully I had incorrectly entered my cc pin so I had a "credit card declined" email that included my order number. I received a call that day that this had happened and we corrected it over the phone, but no receipt sent either. During checkout, I assumed that I would receive my order within 3 days, nope. I called on 4/29/19 and after 30 min order search I was told that it would be delivered UPS on Wednesday 5/1/19, nope. I online chatted on 5/3/19, not having the time again for a 30 minute hold. This was about an hour long chat to locate my order to find out why it had not shipped. Apparently, the first call was a lie because one of my items was not in stock and was holding the order from shipping. No notifications of this in the two weeks since I ordered. No emails. No calls. No notification online. i cancelled the item that was not in stock & they shipped the other items. I had to request an invoice that they emailed. My online account does not show any order history, but they can see it on their end, not very helpful. Another few reasons Amazon is winning the game."
