"Ordered 5 port USB 2.0 PCI Card on Jan 24, 2003.
Order shipped Feb 3, 2003 (a little slow in my opinion)
Shipped USPS.
Item was well packaged and the card works fine.
Would buy from again, but only on non-time sensitive items."

"Sent three dead sticks of memory in same package, insisted they were not dead although a simmchecker II failed the chips almost immediatly. Had working RAM in my hands TWO MONTHS after I sent the chips in for RMA. "
"Bad, ordered a 8X geforce and was sent a 4X I did however have it shipped the same day 2 day air. I would refuse the package but the company will charge me for that as well. I will see how well they do with RMA and keep you informed.
They refused the RMA saying they no longer have the 4x and wouldnt exchange it. Glad I ordered the 8X the first time and they screwed up and sent me a dead 4X. Now I have 2 dead cards. Its all good though. I am going to the bank and getting my money back. Thank God for Credit cards and you can cancel them. I went to JNCS.com and got a better card cheaper though. Look there, go away from here, stay far away from this place.
Response:
You said that you sent me another card before the other one was sent back? I bought the second card Because I didnt want to wait to send one back so I trusted that you would credit me. You said you no longer carried the the replacement 4X which I bought the first time. So I ordered the 8X. I got a 4X the same card you said that you didnt carry any more. It didnt work. Instead of working with me you refused to give me a refund on it. Yes, I am stuck with two non working cards. I did however have to buy a working card. I said I was going to and I did. (why would I go out and buy a third from someone else if I was trying to rip YOU off)As soon as I go to the bank and get my money back for the second card (which there was no invoice in the box but a charge on my credit card) I will send that card back. As far as the other card goes. I have been in contact with the apollo and we are discussing the exchange.
If you wish to discuss this further I suggest that you contact me. Your rep is not getting any better and your ratings will soon put you out of the market. I am also issuing a formal complaint.
You should have worked with me to resolve this. "
"Wow, can't believe all of the negative comments. Granted, I only ordered a Syba 2.0 USB PCI card. However, did not have a problem one. The card arrived in a timely fashion and works just fine. "
"I placed the order 12/10. They charge my card 12/10. They shipped 12/18. 8 freakin days later. I get the card 12/24. Oh well, better late than never? If I had recieved what I ordered, I would be more forgiving, as it is the holiday season, I am sure they were busy. But no, I get the 64bit version of the card they still advertise as being the 128bit on their site. Why nVidia would even bother to make a 64bit version of theMX440 is beyond me. But what matters is that they represented a 128bit DDR card with a fan, and what I got was a 64bit DDR card with a cheap fanless heatsink without even a drop of thermal paste. I should not have ordered from them, period. "
"Purchased computer memory advertised as MICRON. Memory tested as defective upon arrival and had no Micron markings of any kind. Returned memory requesting exchange, only to be told that the memory was not defective, but that my motherboard apparently didn't support "high density" memory. After numerous nonproductive e-mails, DV century finally issued a refund, but kept 15% restocking fee since the item was "not defective"--or so they said. Finally, after MANY contacts via e-mail and two contacts by phone, my restocking fee was refunded."
"The prices are the cheapest, according to PriceWatch. In many ways, you get what you paid for.
The online descriptions do not describe the items you are buying very well.
Telephone/email support does not exist! If you want to dispute an order, or get a refund/exchange, forget it. You'll have better luck complaining to your car.
I would not recommend doing business with DV Century. Although they may have the lowest prices, you are out of luck if your purchase needs to be replaced/returned."
"If your reading this it's probably too late to avoid problems with this company, I ended up here because I was getting ripped off. Purchased two SDRAM memory modules, both would not function after installation. Returned modules for Micron brand memory, same problem. By this point, I had spent more than $90 with DV Century. Filed a VISA CC dispute. In the end, the dispute was worth the time.
DV Century will scam you, read some the other posts here.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from DV Century."
"Just DON'T buy from them! IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED! Not o be trusted!"
"I ordered 256 mb of Samsung DDR400 memory. I was not told for two weeks that the order was "pending" because some error in their system with the credit card information. They would not let me give them the credit card information after so I decide to re-order. I went to the web site and the price changed to $99 from the previous $75 I ordered it at. I call them on the phone to ask if I can order it at the price at which I previously ordered it at and get an answer of no even though it is their own damn fault, ( they probably canceled my order on purpose when they changed the price). They also are horribly difficult to understand on the phone. Look at the rating people don't trust them, why? They don't honor prices, they have a horrible tracking set up, they only use ups (SLOW and unreliable) and I have heard of them taking peoples credit card numbers.Their customer service is the worst."
"Company won't honor prices posted on Pricewatch."
"D.V. Century had 512MB Samsung PC2700 memory listed on Pricewatch for $126.00 with free shipping. I immediately went to their Web site and ordered the memory. Their Web form had no place to mention the Pricewatch price. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email charging me $154.00 for the memory. I immediately replied to the email requesting them to honor the Pricewatch price. The next day, I called to check my order status and they had not corrected the price, though they acknowledged getting my email. They said the Pricewatch price was an error, they would not honor it and I needed to cancel the order, which I did. They had already charged my credit card for the higher amount! They said they would issue a credit to my charge account."
"DV Century is a scam, rip off. Don't even touch their website with a ten-ft ether cable.
They wouldn't refund me a DOA memory, and when I tried to cancel the credit, they charged me again and a fee for trying to cancel.
I complained to the CC company and they told me to check DV's policy. Sure enough, they claimed the right to recoup CC cancelation charges whenever they want.
If you order, and try to cancel, they just get more money from you. "
"Simple. Don't Buy from Them."
