"I have not received my product yet, however there were a few red flags I noticed after my card was processed. First off, the invoice I received via email showed a link to their web site that can track the order or show shipping status (don't recall the wording they used), however it appeared that they took the page down yet they never removed the link in the generated email, that was red flag number one. Number two was when I called to ask for the FedEx tracking number after receiving the email confirmation that the product "left the warehouse". First number didn't work, second tracking number was for a totally different order, then the third number didn't work. I understand that they probably have a printer that spits out labels for FedEx shipping but it shouldn't take more than 24 hours for a FedEx guy to pick it up at all. Anyways, I have not yet received the products, I am hoping all goes well. My only real comment about these guys, they need to act like professionals and not provide false links to pages that do not exist and do not advertise email addresses that do not work. As far as the other ratings on here, I am shocked. If I have any problems with these guys, they will regret it. I live in Illinois, not California, our laws are much different :)
Here is an update. I got the RAM, turns out it was bad, had to go through an RMA process, paid for the shipping back out there, got charged the %15 restocking fee, and it took almost a month to get this money back! These guys are a rip off and should be removed from pricewatch.com cause the after $60 of payment, I recouped no more than $25 after shipping, restocking fees, etc. They need to be a bit more responsible with their products. Be very careful with this company!"
"Ordered Winfax Pro 10.2 at $17.00, charged $18.95 to ship me Winfax Pro 10.0. Told me that it was a typo, even though I have a reciept for 10.2 and ordered 10.2. Told me they wouldn't exchange it, that I had to upgrade it if I wanted 10.2 and that they were the same anyway. 2) Received the wrong product 8/28(Wrong picture and description of product on website).
3) They receive the returned product 9/16.
4) As per an email I receive,..."It takes 2--3 business days for us to test the product.
It takes 2--5 business days for us to process and re-ship or issue refund once we test the item."
5) 9/29......still no refund (9 business days later)

"I've included below my email to this company from 12SEP2003. This order was placed 12JUN2003 and declared lost by UPS, the claim has been processed, so at this point I, the customer, am the only one out money. I've never received a single return email from this company or any of the 3 promised follow up calls. I've been told continually my order would be reprocessed. This last week was simply too much, I was told repeatedly that I would have my merchandise by end of Friday and calling today, the person feigned ignorance of who I was, what this was about even when in the end she said that the only entries in my record were they ones she herself had put in. The whole situation is simply unbelievable. I've never been treated this way before as a customer.

We are now entering into our third month since I placed this order and I have not yet received my merchandise. I've sent numerous emails during this time and have not had a single reply; I was told by your phone support this was due to 40 day mail outage on your side...
UPS confirms that a lost package claim has processed, and a second person in your phone support area took down my information once again said I should expect my purchase within the week. This was over ten days ago and I've received neither my promised return call nor an email with updated tracking information.
Today, to raise this to a new level of fustration, your phone tree, which I found dropped carrier if you pressed anything other than 'one' before, now drops the call no matter what your push, there is no option other than to be hung up on.
Please, what is going on with this order?

"I ordered 1 stick of 512MB Micron PC133 on 7/24. Memory arrived about a week later. Only problem is memory arrived in a seemingly used state. Stickers were faded, modules showed signs of aging and wear. Wouldn't boot at 133mhz managed to post at 100mhz but thats as far as it got. Called and got an RMA the same day. Shipped it back that day. Today is now 1 day shy of 1 month since placing my order and my replacement arrives.
Seems to work pretty well ill have to benchark and stress test it more later. Bottom line they are slow im not sure how reliable they are. But atleast in the end i seem to have received what i originally order a month ago. Not my absolute worst online experience but definitely not the best either."
