"Finish on all products is excellent. Could possibly have been packaged more securely, blocks came loose in their cardboard boxes. If importing be aware if value is greater than ~US$200 you will get charged 20% or so of the final amount you paid in import tax (in Australia at least). Have yet to test because it came with only one plastic washer for my TDX waterblock. I will post another rating when I have found washers that fit. I wouldn't pay for fedex priority if you live outside of US as it takes about 5 business days vs the 6 for express.

Update: a total of 7 washers (5 small 2 big) missing from TDX kit along with 2 of the required nuts for mounting. Went to the local hardware store they don't have any similar plastic washers (what is this world coming to). Sent an e-mail regarding this to dangerden, from an isp address so their spam filtering shouldn't block it. I paid US$90 for Fedex priority shipping that took 5 days because it was urgent. Essentially I'm left waiting with a useless US$400 watercooling kit. I want them to refund my shipping, it is directly their fault that I can't use the products I ordered so I may as well not have gotten them. You can contact other users on this thing, so if any of you disagree with what I feel I'm entitled to let me know if you can, with justifiable reasons.

Update: 1 day gone past with no response from Danger den. I'll keep updating each day until they resolve the issue so you get an idea of my frustration and their efficiency.

Updated: After reading through all the reviews for DD on here it appears they only respond to very dissatisfied, although I'm bordering on it, the only thing I'm really very dissatisfied with is their negligence. I'm changing my rating to very dissatisfied in the hope of getting a reply.

Update: Got an e-mail saying they'll send me a new hold-down packet for the TDX. It was in response to my first e-mail when I thought only washers were missing. As such they haven't addressed my question of shipping.

Update: 3rd day of no response. I also noticed (since I fabricated my own solution to the mounting of the TDX) that the screw holes on the radiators don't suit hdd screws, cd-rom screws or fan screws... wtf? I had to use some thumbscrews that came with my case and tap them into the radiator and use them with the fans, it works very well but still, why not include the 4 screws you expect customers to use with each radiator?

Danger Den responded! nice to see, they have yet to address the issue of no screws included with the radiator which I think wasn't a mistake but more a limitation of their product. Also they misinterpreted my concern regarding shipping, I paid a large amount for quick shipping, now I'm waiting for the missing parts to ship. The parts that DID arrive arrived quickly (5 days) but I'll probably end up having waited considerably longer than the cheaper shipping method would have taken. THIS is why I want my shipping refunded for the initial order.

Danger Den have gone well and above the call of duty and beyond what I have experienced in the past when things don't go according to plan. Refunded the difference in shipping, and have sent me a new mounting kit for my TDX. They also responded within a *reasonable* time. Amazed with the performance of the products they provide.

Without the emotional aspect affecting my perspective of the whole experience I've updated my rating of my experience dealing with them accordingly.

"as the others stated, customer service is horrible.. many ignored emails. They shipped my package to an entirely diffrent state then i live in. when confronted about their mistake they did fix it, however seemed very brash about doing it. While their products are the best in the industry they really should not be selling it themselves. if your looking for DD products I would highly consider using one of their many resellers."

"No previos exp.I bought this order and it went extremly well.The problem came is when I was missing a foot of tubing, which I should have got.Another issue is that nothing came with instructions, So I had to bother some other DD product owners on how to install
At the end I had to outsource my extra tubing, Which after taxes and shipping cost me $14 for A $1 item!
I would say if everything worked out it would have been a good experience.I needed that last foot.
A sidenote I was planning to return this because of the lousy customer service I got (no reponse).Like a scam, They allow no returns on anything watercooling related...This is a water cooling store so what they are saying is nothing is returnable!
These guys are only good for There water blocks,Which for the price and performance are known to be the best around

"This was my first purchase from DD to see what type of service they had as I do with all online stores right before I make a large purchase from. Before I placed the order for this item I first sent them a simple tech question to see how fast theyd get back to me. the question was sent in @ 2am sunday morn. to my surprise I had an answer by 10am that morning(less than 8hrs ON A Sunday).The delivery was right on time. "I ordered some water cooling equipment because I wanted some of t best looking and functioning equipment around. I have plenty of space in my case for a 3 fan 120mm radiator. The fabrication of the radiator is fantastic. What I did not like about it was the mounting brackets. First off, I many of two types of screws. Second, the holes to mount the fan are not the standard fan screw size, which is probably why special screws came with it. Third, the spacial screws did not fit the special bracket. Fourth, the special screws are star driver type... nothing in a computer case requires a star driver. Just a small standardization issue.

The pump I bought is very nice. In fact you listed the about of head produced by the pump with made me consider buying the pump in the first place. Screws for that would have been nice, but I'm not worried over two screws.

The double 3.5" bay reservior is well constructed out of heavy material. The flaw with it is that the mounting holes for the reservior are not the same as a standard 3.5" bay device. On top of that for the screw holes that doo line up the small screws fit through the holes in the drive mounts.

Either way the two problems I have with your great equipment have to do with mounting it, standarization to computers and requiring a Dremel tool.

"I placed my order for a Pentium 4 custom cooling kit but it was delayed a few days while they had to wait on the DD 12V pumps to arrive. However, Kathi from Danger Den kept in contact with me over e-mail and as soon as they got the pump a few days later the kit was shipped out to me. The items were well packaged and everything arrived in pristine condition.

A few days after receiving my items, I realized I meant to order a TDX block rather than RBX so I contacted Kathi over e-mail about a possible RMA. She agreed to allow me to RMA the block and the only thing I had to do in exchange was pay for shipping. DD went out of their way to accomodate my needs and because of this they will definitely have a repeat customer.

"This is my first purchase with Danger Den, but I felt confident about them since Ive been reading so many great reviews about them, and I have to say that all of the great reviews just dont adaquately describe how pleasant buying from them really is!
In fact, Ive got 2 examples of how far they will go to make sure you are satisfied.

First, I had acidentally ordered 3/8" Hose Clamps when I should have ordered 1/2" to match the rest of the parts I purchased, I was afraid I would have to go through some lengthy RMA process to get the correct parts, but when my package arrived, sure enough they had noticed my mistake before I did, and sent me the correct size hose clamps!! This alone was a nice enough surprise to win my business again, but thats not all.
In my second example, durring my 24 hour leak test, I noticed my revervoir was leaking from its fittings (the Danger Den High-Density Polyethylene Bay Reservoir--which I cannot recommend due to the fact that it uses sealing tape on its fittings instead of an O-ring) so I called them up, and they were more than happy to help me, I wont go into details, but long story short Ive got another bay reservoir on the way that uses O-ring fittings, which the gentleman I spoke to leak tested himself while we were on the phone! You cant beat that level of one-on-one customer service.
Danger Den will definately have my business again.

"This is the second time I've purchased gear from Danger Den (first time was a Maze 3 block, BlackIce Extreme Rad, bay res, and an Eheim 1250 that is just dying now which is why I ordered the new 12v Laing pump), and I have got to say that the service has actually been *better* than NewEgg in terms of gettimg my order shipped out straight away.

I always prefer to shop local, and I'm very glad that such a wonderful company is right down the road (HWY 26 to be exact!). The best in water cooling, straight from Oregon!

"Excellent experience ordering at this company...

Shortly after ordering I decided to add another item to my order and sent them an email. Within a few hours I received a reply that the new part was added to my order. The whole order was shipped the next day.

Also, I requested the package to be "held for pickup" from FedEx, but they required the shipper's approval first. I was surprised when FedEx called me back within a hour to say that they spoke with the shipper and the package will be held for pickup.
