"This order is the third time dangerden has sent me the wrong item. I purchased 10 feet of 3/8 inch ID tubing, and was sent 1/2 inch. They've also sent me the wrong pump TWICE.
While the quality of all products with the exception of their circular reservior is beyond comparison, they do take a long time to answer any emails (upwards of five days), and they have a very insecure ordering process, including showing your password in plaintext in both the order page and the order reciept email. Occasionally, the server also will not accept a postal code if you are recalling information from a previous order."

"I was extremely please with Dangerden's products, and decided to place an order with them yesterday. My motherboard was scheduled for deleviry today, so I wanted to have everything on hand in order to complete my system. I went ahead and placed my order with overnight shipping, and just prayed that it would somehow be shipped out the same day. I called Dangerden just to confirm my order and inquire into when the order would probably be shipped out. I was told that they might be able to get it out the same day but would be unlikly due to the fact that orders placed over the holiday weekend would be a priority. I then called later that evening just to check and see if it went out and was told by someone else that orders do not go out the same day as they were placed. Disapointed and somewhat frustrated I resigned myself to the fact that I would just have to wait an extra day to get my waterblocks.
