"Danger Den is a 1st Class company. This being my first experience with them, I made an order for a complete water cooling kit which included their new RBX P4 waterblock as well as the Z-Chipset waterblock for the Northbridge chip. Instead of placing my order online I called their phone order line and spoke with a very knowledgeable sales woman who answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction as to what exactly I needed to make my kit complete. I placed my order on Tuesday November 18th around 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time and it was put together and shipped that very day. That evening I received a tracking number via email and 3 days later on Friday the 21st it arrived at my doorstep. I leak tested the kit and it all ran as it should. Perfect working order. The kit was missing one small part that wasn't needed for it to run properly and when I emailed them to let them know the part was missing from my order, they responded on a Sunday to address my concern. Talk about customer service!

This is a small company that takes what they do very seriously and that is evident in all my contacts with them. In the future I will buy all my water cooling needs from Danger Den. They get a A+ in my book for both products and service! "

"Just to give you an idea of the incredible service you will receive at Danger Den, here is what happened to me...

On Saturday Dec. 13 I placed an order of 10 feet of 1/2" ID 3/4" OD Tygon tubing and 8 plastic clamps to go along with it. I thought I had ordered clamps to fit the 3/4" OD tubing, but I had, in fact, ordered clamps to fit 5/8 OD tubing.

Now, any other company would have just shipped out what I had placed an order for without any questions, but not Danger Den!!!

On Monday morning I promptly received an email from a wonderful individual named Kathi who asked me if the clamps that I had placed an order for were what I really wanted as they would not fit the tubing. Looking over my order again I realized that I had indeed ordered the wrong diameter clamps.

I called them back and told them that I really appreciated letting me know of my mix up and that they were right in assuming I had ordered the wrong size clamps.

They fixed me up in no time flat and my order has already been shipped out!!!

I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is. For all your watercooling needs, Danger Den is the ONLY place to order from!!
