"Ordered ink on March 25. It was delivered 15 days later. E- mail inquiries received only canned responses. Finally after 12 days an mail saying the order would be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Databizaar used to be first rate - not anymore! This is the second time within a year I have had this problem with them. There are much better alternatives available. I' ll use them in the future.

"What happened to Databazaar?? I used them for years. They were prompt, well stocked and fast delivery. I recently ordered 3 ink tanks for my canon printer. TEN days later, no product, no email, no notification. So I email the company (I am deaf) and received no reply. The next day I try on line chat. WHAT a joke that is. I logged in no less than 5 times and ultimately was forced to send another email. There IS no on line chat! Finally I get an email telling me of my duplicate request- NO answer, just a canned reply about a duplicate. Finally I call- my last resort. I get a CALL CENTER overseas telling me my order will ship tomorrow- 11 days after they bill me!! The person was polite but the English was impossible to understand. Never again- will shop elsewhere."

" I placed an order for ink jet cartridges and used my Paypal account. Everything seemed great, Databazaar sent order confirmation of my shipping address, products ordered, shipment means and cost figures. Five business days pass and no shipping confirmation, so I email thier customer service to find out why. Thats when I first suspected that they are not legitimate. They claimed to have shipped the ink USPS but it came back for incorrect shipping address. So one email has my shipping info and thier next one is telling me to resubmit the info again? I opted for the refund instead. Paypal has tried to intervene but has had no success as yet. Don't be fooled by low prices and free shipping, because it's all lies and your cash will probably be lost."

I ordered a printer cartridge from Databazaar on Amazon, which showed as being in stock. They emailed the next day saying the item was not available and that they would refund my money that they had already charged my account. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. I have called their "customer service" department and have even called their CS Manager, but have not received any callbacks. These guys are terrible to work with and do not return calls or refund money owed to me. Do not order anything from them. I wish I had found this website before making a costly decision to order from them. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I've used them for years for our company, spending about $1,000+ each month. Only recently, they have not sent tracking # e-mails, will not give the tracking #, and are telling me our $600 order shipped. On a $548.68 order, only $63.48 of product has been received. I've called Cust. Svc. 3x, and each time have been hung up on. I called Corporate, and this time spoke to someone who said their CS Manager would call me back. I was told we would get a refund for an out of stock item- we didn't. They're not showing any other items needing shipped. I've never had issues to this extent, however from this point on, we are reporting them to the CC company as fraud, and I would recommend you NEVER use them. There's a company that charges about the same with a similar name (sub "printer" for "data") and they're probably a safer bet, if not them use Amazon. Just don't chance it with Databazaar- spend your $ elsewhere."

"ordered cartridges and paper for $50+ and then applied for the coupon discount. The discount was not accepted and the order even if charged for the whole amount came without some of the items. Even their "add miles" it's a scam: it never works "for some reason. This was the last purchase at their site."

"Never received any email updates as to my shipping status...despite their pledge to do so & my numerous inquiries.
Then, toner I ordered was "lost in transit" but Databazaar didn't think that was important enough to tell me....only after 1 week of waiting/inquiries did I find out that this first shipment was "lost".
Instead of informing me of this and allowing me the courtesy and option to cancel my order and reorder from someone else, they sent out another toner 1 week later but, rather than expedite this shipment for all my troubles & their delays, they sent it out "5 business day delivery". That meant I had to wait over 1 1/2 weeks to get my product. Very poor tracking, followup, customer care/goodwill."

I order a package. i wasnt home so the shipement was returned to the databazaar. The the Data bazaar charged me $12.50 from my refund. I asked them to reship it then they said that the reshipement will cost me $10. they whole order cost 25 dollors so i lost $12.50 and received nothing from them"

"Bought ink from Databazaar through Amazon. Item listed as new in retail packaging. They sent a loose cartridge that expired in 2007. I returned the product and after they received it I got an email asking me if I'd like to return it. I explained that I already returned it and they already had it. Then I got an email asking if I'd like a refund or replacement. I told them I requested replacement a week prior when I filled out the RMA form on their website. A few days later I was told it was out of stock so they issued a refund. Over two weeks wasted and still no product. Item is still listed as 'In Stock' on their website and Amazon.com. Stay away!"

"I bought a 2-pack of HP94 compatible cartridges. The first cartridge worked OK, but my HP all-in-one printer was not able to report the remaining ink level. This was a trade-off I was willing to accept for the low-cost knock-off ink.

Unfortunately, the second cartridge was dead on arrival. The printer could not recognize it and would not print with the defective cartridge. When I contacted DataBazaar for a refund, they said they could not help me because their 30-day return period had expired. Am I supposed to install and test all of the cartridges in a multi-pack upon receipt. That doesn't make any sense.

To sum up, I feel they do not stand behind their merchandise."

"I have had good luck with ordering inexpensive toner cartridges from Databazaar.com. I get the cartridges in a timely manner and I get good performance from teh cartridges. My printer keeps track of number of copies and I get the same as the HP printer cartidge. Quality is fine for what we need."
