"I like shopping at DX. The quality/price ratio is excellent. It has a lot of useful things. The biggest problem is the Brazilian post. It arrives at post office and stays there for 2-3 months. However, the post office doesn't accept to complain from the receiver, only from the sender. And DX does not help us. I've been waiting invoice 130926001047156953 since September 2013... "
"DealExtreme (DX.com) is one of my favorite online stores. I've ordered from them numerous times. Their prices are excellent and they provide free international shipping, which is especially important if you live outside the US. And there is no minimum order to get free shipping. Although they offer generic items (no name brands), I've been happy with the quality of the items I received. There are also plenty of reviews, so you can read what others say about the item.
Shipping can take a while, but I've always gotten everything I ordered eventually. I'm OK with the slow shipping, since free international shipping is very hard to find."
"I have ordered from DX a couple of times. Mosdtly the orders arrive in timely fashion (within 14 days) however I have also had to wait more than trhee months for an order. The order indicated "Shipped" but even after waiting the additional month still no package. I can understand that waiting this long allows snail mail to arrive but this was a gift which was too late.
Eventually after contacting the customer service for the 5th time they shipped the item again and this time it arrive in good order.
As long as you understand that this stuff is coming from the other side of the world and you adjust your expectations then DX is a great website with great product."

"Store interface DX.COM I like. But they have one drawback , if you refuse the order that the money does not automatically return to the account , you should write a letter to refund money. To me this was the case , I refused the order, I was waiting for me to return the money automatically, but in a few months when I started checking my online bank I found that I did not return the money , I had to write a letter to me in DX.COM money back . If I did not write them for money so I would not get to today. I would not want to think that the sellers deliberately silent . Other orders that I was ordering me to come with them it was all right. "I live in Belarus. I'm shopping for DealExtreme sense June 2013. I like that. Received goods exactly correspond ordered. Delivery time strongly depends on the customs of the recipient country. In case of delay to delivery DealExtreme tries various ways to send a mail via China or Singapore. Items are delivered faster via Singapore. However, I was notified in changing of track number by e-mail once. Basically you have watch changing of the track numbers by yourself in your account, it is not always convenient. They are working honestly. I had a case of parcel loss without track number and it cost was returned to me very quickly. A Support Ticket service operates at a sufficient number of languages. They respond to all requests. Problems are solved quickly and correctly. I have not had cases of denial of help and I hope it will not be in the future."
