"Not recommended, pathetic service
Ordered a phone case to India a month and half ago.
After not receiving the product even after a month, I asked for a refund for the payment I did. But the representative will not understand at all what I'm asking and asking me to wait for another 2 weeks to track the order status. Completely Insane. The site says 0nly 7 to 10 days for delivering the order and didnot give any status even after 45 days. Why should I wait for months simply to receive the order."
"DX is almost the most excellent store I know for many years and for occasional mistakes the DX staff will be more than willing to help us out. However, DX´s biggest mistake as I see it which very RARELY happens, is the use of China´s instead of HK´s, or even better, Singapore´s postal services for shipping our orders to us. When that happens our packages will most probably remain in a Chinese postoffice a few months prior living China and their is very little we or even DX staff can do about it.
Their for I prefer to cancel an order instead of wait for China´s postal services to make up their mind and ship it out to me."

At first glance, the client is confronted with higly competitive, low prices.
The quality/price ratio, is very, very good. In other words, at DealExtreme you truly get what you pay for. And that's a very good thing.
What leaves a bad taste in one's mouth about DealExtreme, are its delivery times.
However, there's an important fact to realize about this issue. For one, if one chooses "SuperSaver" (the free option) shipment/delivery method, one will wait weeks if not months(!), to see one's item delivered. (Again, you get what you pay for.)
The reason behind those atrocious delivery times is simple: your item is shipped and delivered by (highly inefficent) postal service; as opposed to courier express (paid method).
Overall, I'd advice DealExtreme to those who are ordering significant amounts of goods. And remember, pay for that delivery. It will be much less painful."

"After lots of waiting, finally there came the DX order.
But there was a surprise. The battery wasn't the model I payed for. They sent me a noname, cheaper battery than ordered(no brand name "5000mah" 18650).
After I contacted the customer support they basically told me I can do nothing. After telling them, that I will write negative reviews they refunded me 3.1 usd. Based on who knows what calculus.
So now I placed another order.
But it is saying out of stock: " One or more of your items are temporarily out of stock. " But on the website they are available. Now it's 10 days with same text.
They don't indicate what is out of stock, and customer support chat is not working. Fine work DX. If I get no clear response when my parcel will leave I will file petition against you!
