"This is the worst experience in my life in online shipping. I ordered a handphone, and it took more than 2 months before I can receive it. Before it arrived, I already contacted DX for the return. It was unlucky that the product arrived while I was away, and the reception accepted it.
I asked for the return, and after being fooled by DX people for more than 1.5 months ("fooled" means that they tired their best to talk to other things and pretended that they did not know English and did not see the question/request). I managed to send the item back. AND I HAVE TO SUFFER AND PAID THE RETURN POSTAGE ALTHOUGH DX REALIZED ITS RIDICULOUS SERVICES AND DEDUCTED WAGES FROM ITS EMPLOYEE FOR THIS "SERVICE" .
Can you imagine that when I returned the product using their label, what can happen? First, they pretended they have not received it (it was sent using registered mail). When I contacted DX, they scolded me that I sent to the wrong address and "ask me to give explanation"!!!! I have to spend a few hours, contacting AusPos to prove to them that they did receive the item (They had the tracking number of the parcel).
I highly recommend people to think twice before they buy things from DX. Perhaps I am unlucky, but few months delay, DX fault but customers suffer, ... and prepare a hundred hours to argue with them for your refund, .... DO YOU WANT THIS?

The only con: delivery takes ages, always.
But delivery is free worldwide.
