"I had quite a few orders from dx.com.
Usual impression is that it may take very long (up to 2 months) for the goods to arrive. But:
* all products received so far are genuine :)
* if item was lost, my money was reimbursed, always received support from customer service. :)
* so far only items of less than 15 usd (no tracking number) were lost, but all the 2 of them which I ordered so far.
* some of my reviews were not published :(

Summary: if delivery time is not critical I can highly recommend this store :)

""I ordered an LG brand bluetooth headset. When I got it the headset was not LG but some knock-off brand. I emailed the company and told them that they sent me some no-name brand when I clearly ordered the LG. Instead of focusing on problem at hand, they used the whole reply email arguing with me that it wasn't a no-name brand and that if I looked closely I would see that it was an APK brand. "Ok, you win...it's APK....not LG" I told them I wanted the correct product sent overnight to me. They sent me an email saying it was being overnighted but that was on 11/18 and I haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know the info that I need to look up for bbb.org?"

Deal Extreme wrote back. Instead of refunding my money, they asked me to "try out" the crappy headphones they send me. I filed a complaint with the BBB (case # 90289330) With SOOOO many complaints, how is a company like this still in business?

"I find this company to be excellent in delivering the products from china. The products however are "what is see is what you get". I had ordered an expensive product which was lost during shipment and they refunded me in full, so I have a very high trust level with them. Free shipping is really good to have, although it takes normally 20-25 days to reach."

"After 7 months of trying to obtain a resolution for an item purchased in April 2014 I believe not only are DealExtreme NOT customer friendly but they have no scruples whatsoever. I purchased an item and when received found thet it did not meet the advertised specifications. After trying many times (At least 5 or 6) I sent the item to an Australian address sent by them expecting a full refund plus the refund of the postage. Once sent I have once again received promises of attention in "24 to 36 hours" but again true to form I have had no contact whatsoever. Not only have I spent the original $70+ dollars but also the $20 postage. Are they truly interested in being a retailer or are they just in it to relieve money from the customers wallets ... I would not recommend these people but I am still continue in trying to recover the money outlaid!! No matter how long it takes!!"

"Pay attention

Ordered two cameras but only one is beeing delivered. DX told me that they sent two articles and they're not going to clear that.
The package wasn't even big enough to put in two cameras so I think they really know what they do.
Better to order trusted sellers in EU/USA/UK etc.

I do not unterstand your point. If you like to know the weight or measures of one Camera you only could have a look on your own webpage.

Fact is that you only telling me similar things since months and are not really interestet in clearing.

Fact is also that if have paid you for two cameras and I've received one yellow envelope with one camera in it.

You will change your problem to mine and do nothing for good.
That is Internet-Business of worst and I'll do my best to prevent other people to make business with you.

"I have been pleased at quick delivery of ordered smartphone thl 5000 mtk6592 turbo octa core, but unfortunately device was working for very short time, screen is not responding, impossible to unlock or switch off. As I bougt this phone for its battery and camera for trip to Asia which I am starting on 15th january, and due to a short time I have to buy another phone, cannot wait for replacing, also as I was handling phone with care it is obviously the manufacturer defect, I insist on immediate refund. My mails to customer care are continuously rejected, so I am asking this way how to proceed.
