"I place my order October 12th 2014 it was for 10 LIR 2025 batteries I have not received them as of yet and it is now January 8th 2015 I assume that I have lost my money and the batteries will never be sent. Did not receive all ordered items. Contacted customer service. They simply reiterated that the missing items were shipped and that I should check with the post office. That was not helpful.
To me DealExtreme has good prices but is not reliable and has poor customer service. Would not recommend."

"I read some reviews and I noticed some were from years past. So before Xmas 2014 I ordered some things. They told my they were packing the order but two items would ship separate. The first items came less than a week after I ordered. I had to sign for them And the shipping was free. They emailed me and told me th e other items were back ordered. I called once to check on them and customer service was great. On 1-5-2015 the other items came, again I had to sigh for them. A couple weeks late was no problem and they kept me informed. Back orders do happen. I see no problem with DX and I am ordering more things as soon as Finish here. I have recommended DX to friends and they had same good experience."

"UMy girlfriend bought some electronic fish about 2 weeks ago and it said that they would arrive in 4 days. Now when we track the item it says that the order is completed but we never recieved our package. Tried calling, no answer. Left message, no call back. I will never buy from here again and I would warn anyone from buying from here. Unless you like being lied to and waiting forever for your stuff. They sure didnt waste any time billing us for it. I think a complaint to the BBB is in line next.

What do you mean this staus is normal? How can you tell the customer that their order is completed when it was not? Underneath the item it misleadingly says this is an mvp item and will ship in 4 days. It should say will process shipping in 4 days. I am a very patient person but when someone tells me the job is done I expect it to be. When you said the order was complete and it was not, you lied. Therefore your company is practicing shady business."
"I've been a customer with DX.com for several years and I have placed a lot of orders. Overal the quality of the products is decent, you get what you pay for; but if you select carefully you can really get some good bargains.
Delivery is sometimes within 2 weeks, but it can also be closer to 1,5 months.
I've had 2 times that my orders got lost between China and Europe, both times the Customer services refunded my money within 2 weeks.
Overall I am very happy with DX; from the Chinese webstores (I've ordered with 4 different ones) DX is absolutely my favorite."
"The products are fairly of good price and not bad quality, the order process is quick and easy, payment goes smoothly and the invoices are sent prompty.
The issue is that getting the products takes long, sometimes over a month and sometimes doesn't arrrive and get lost, but the i get the money back and can easily use the refund.
I'm still ordering from the site, but i would ask to improve the time to get the products.
