"It takes 3 days to process an order. Still, if you think that this time is enough for you to change anything in that order (like items), you are wrong. You can edit shipping details which is not bad, but since you have no idea what carrier they use (and they will not tell you), you have to ask them.
Ticketing: this is as close to "useless" as ice is to water on the North Pole. First of all, reviewing a ticket takes from 1 to 4 days. But it doesn't matter if that ticket is related to your order, it will be treated as it has nothing to do with it.
Live chat: the most incompetent client service I had the un-pleasure to deal with in my entire life. English? At a "y u worry we no sent u dont wory ok?" level only. Copy-paste is the main strength. If you make a solid case the chat operative will close the session and you will not be able to open it again.
I would NOT recommend dx.com ever again, unless you know EXACTLY what you want to buy and you are willing to wait forever. "

the first is that there is no state of the stock (number of pieces) just when it is out of stock there is a (sold out), but other than that nothing.
second, the sending is very very slow. it indicate (7-10 buisness day sends normal) but the truth is that it is (for Switzerland) between 15-22 days worked so I guess if you pay for a 22dollar sends express it rather be 10-12 business day is not 2-7 day indicate on dx for express shipments
I had SEVERAL contact the customer care and to my surprise some to take the effort to translate the message in french (not all) that way I do not have to. and if I'm writing in English (translated) also contain responses in English. if I write it in french answers in french. plus it is a quick answer. and more polished.
in short it is a very good website for all kinds of practical gift buying to be geek.

Mon avis sur DX (dealextreme) et que c'est un trés bon site internet.
Très complet, pratique, convivial, avec un service customer care compétant.
j'ai été surpris du vaste choix de pièce et gadget, éléctronique, ordinateur et beaucoup piece varié pour Adruino et Raspberry Pi.
avec en plus les frais de port gratuit Peut importe le montant ou le poids de la commande. en addition à partir de 15 dollars il propose gratuitement le suivi du paquet.
deux petit bémol tout de même. =(
le premier c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'état des stock (nombre de pièce) juste quand c'est epuisé il y a un (sold out) mais a part ça rien.
deuxièmement, l'envoi est vraiment très très lent. il est indiquez (7-10 buisness day en envoie normal) mais la vérité c'est que c'est (pour la Suisse) entre 15-22 Jours ouvré donc j'imagine que si on paye 22dollar pour un envoie expresse ce serai plutôt 10-12 jour ouvré est pas 2-7 jour comme indiquez sur dx pour l'envois express
j'ai eu plusieur contact avec le customer care et à ma surprise certains prenne l'effort de traduire le message en francais (pas tous) de cette manière j'ai pas à le faire. et si j'ecris en anglais (traduit) il reponde egalement en anglais. si j'ecris en francais il reponde en francais. de plus il sont rapide a repondre. et polis en plus.
bref c'est un tres bon web site pour toute sorte d'achat du cadeau pratique aux objet geek.

"Ich bin leider gar nicht zufrieden mit DXDealextrem. Ich habe eine Bluethoot-Brille mit MP3 Plaxer bestellt. Erstens musste ich zwei Wochen warten bis zur Lieferung. Als die Brille dann ankam, konnte der Computer die Brille nicht erkennen. Offensichtlich basiert die Brille auf treiber aus Windows 98, die nicht mehr erhältlich sind. Die Servicenummer aus der Schweiz ist nicht erreichbar, der Livechat funktioniert auch nicht. Eine Meldung per Mail wurde bis jetzt nach über einer Woche nicht beantwortet."
