"I am waiting for my order for almost a year. There is still no sign of it. I wrote a ticket, and recieved a answer several months later with just a silly excuse. Severla times I try to connect throu the livechat and the stuff was very rude and unhelpfull. My advice - use other web sites.

"I have been receiving several orders without any fault. Orders usually came in 3-4 weeks, not that bad at all.
Ticket system works fine. Staff is helpful and patient. Refund, resend, cancel, order track whatever you want is executed smoothly.
General Opinion:
I got 30 or more products from dX.
All products was described correctly.
1of30 products is not working. I am pretty sure that they would refund me, if i had reported that issue.
Final thoughts:
dX is a safe and reliable e-commerce site. Most of delays are caused by customs or border problems. I get good products for low price. I will keep buying as long as I found interesting products.

They have a very big and nice collection of things, and hard to find items. They have very good price, with free shipping.
Every order I made (more than 500) I got the item, or if not received (lost by shipping company) they would give me store credit or reship the item.
The only real problem is the delay to delivery to Brazil, but I know that is shipping´s company fault, not DX.

"Delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina, can be a very slow sometimes. Shipment is come aproksimattly for 20-25 working days. Sometimes the shipment is lost in transport but DX stuff are very fast in trying to find solution for coustomer, either in resending shipment or on some other ways.
