"Three months have passed and I haven't received the item I paid for.
I simply didn't read any reviews about this seller, I could have bought the same item ,the same price, from other seller.
It is practically impossible to communicate with them , their hypocrisy is at the "extreme".
They told me to track myself the item because I don't have a tracking number.
So I'll have to spend more money and time "tracking" the item.
Please inform all the persons you know about this company this way we can get rid of those who try to cheat on us( or at list one of them). Thanks.

"The product selection is huge. Customer service is ok, due to time zone difference there can be a delay. Shipping is slow but not due to DX, they ship it out quickly and both postal services seem to slow it from there. I have had return issues but never had a problem getting the product replaced. "This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with a seller. I ordered a product on May 19, 2014 and received a wrong item a month later. I contacted DX with my issue and after another month of email and online ticket support they still haven't resolved my issue. They won't even refund me my money when it is their fault. I thought dell and hp drag their feet, but this is much worse. Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. I highly do not recommend this to anyone. "I have used deal extreme for several years now. And they have excellent customer service, good prices and a giant selection of items. The only, somewhat big, downside is that the delivery time is unreliable and it takes a long time. The best thing to do is order something and sort of forget about it until it arrives in the mail. Lately they have experimented with other postal services, singpost and malaysia post, and they don't work very well."

The "forms", including the address confirmation form I am asked to fill in from the reply below, are badly designed. Either there is no submit button, or the form stays the same after the Submit button is clicked. No confirmation of the submission status at all and then I am told or suggested that no action will be taken until I complete the form!

Items finally arrived after 2.5 months. Should deal with aftersales service better than this, i.e. online forms should be designed like what they should be and products should be shipped more promptly, even though in most case the long shipping time may not be the fault of DXExtreme."
"I've heard dx being good with lots of choices but having bad to terrible shipping but hey it's a free shipping option it got to be slow. I had one minor complain with my product I received and they settled my problems instantly. In fact my replacement has arrived as well. Good site. Just that shipping can be as slow as 2-4 months"
