Money for the second item was refunded after 45 working days. For me this is unacceptable since DX tells its customers that the order will take a max. of 22 working days. And I had to ask at least 5 times (and always wait for another one or two weeks) before I got the refund."

"Dealing with DX from 2012, for that time picked not very much orders, but always have good exrierense. Prices is not cheapest, but you always have good servise and tracking number even for small order. Also you have free shipping. Big packages are splitting for faster shipping. For all time of dialing I have only one trouble: long time of delivering, but its problem of post."

Here in Brazil, everything we can get on DX in local online shops are at least 3x the price, and if you go to a local physical store its about 5x (sometimes even more) and we have to wait 2 or 3 months to get our orders because of customs and still i and many more brazillians do buy there and will continue buying more and more.

Everything i got from there is good, about 20 orders +-, with reviews and forum almost never got something wrong.

I even had a problem because i had written my adress wrong and local post sent the order back, even before they get the items back, they sent others for me."
