"Absolutely the worst buying experience I've ever had over the internet. First, the company is based out of China, and if you live in the US it will take you at least 3 weeks to get your order. After I actually got my order, it wasn't even close to what the item was labeled as. I wanted a new headset for my ps3, and that's kind of what I got. Except the only way I can use it is WITH A/V CABLES!! Who wants to use A/V cables on a HD capable console? There is no mention anywhere in the item description that this is the only way you can use this basically worthless item. The instructions are in broken Engrish as well. Don't expect any sort of accurate item description. Save yourself a month, go down to WalMart, and buy the exact same Chinese made garbage for 5-10% more. I can't believe this website even exists."

"Item never arrived, opened PayPal dispute, they just messaged and told me to wait another 2 weeks, waste of time and money, despicable customer services, very disappointed child waiting for his toy to show up, evil people!!!! Will get my refund off PayPal themselves, escalated the case just waiting for paypals help as not gunna get any from DX, and If DX wish to respond, I know my item was sent without tracking, I know it was dispatched on the 14th May, I also know it is not here, yes I gave the right address, no my post office do not have it, yes your company is rubbish.

No I will not close the dispute, after reading feedback and your attitude I have lost faith you will get me my item or refund me. You quoted up to 25 days, not up to 2 months, I will wait for my refund and not have anything to do with you anymore and tell family and friends to steer well clear of your site.

Received another email day before yesterday telling me to wait longer while they "investigate", got my refund from paypal this morning so DX can shove it where the sun don't shine! THANKS FOR NOTHING DX YOU ARE A USELESS COMPANY AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!!!!!!!!

"Ordered on the 10th of June, received an out of stock message 6 days later, tried to email them to find out how long the wait would be, but mails just bounce.

Found it difficult to log in, and chat never seemed to be available. Two weeks after ordering and paying, I gave up and cancelled the order. DX should take payment against goods that they don't have!

"They keep telling me to wait. Nothing else. When I ask them about my package and where it is and when do I get it only answer is Wait for 2 weeks. This company is SO bad dont ever order here. My package is standing still or lost and when I ask about where it is or when it will arrive or what happend.. Wait..Wait...Wait after 1.5 month!! nothing else. I want a FULL refund of my money."

"The shop is a SCAM. 2 separate packages have been shipped on different dates. And both are lost in mail. Just like all other customers.
DONT ORDER HERE!!! you will only loose money and time. Ordered on 18/4 .. they keep asking for patience while nothing will ever arrive.

"I have ordered an item on April 29 which never made it at my residense. Luckily I had paid through Paypal and after escalating the problem to a dispute then a claim I got my money back. Never heard from DX again. This company is a scam!
The reply I just received i have heard before and as far as I am concerned it is a pile of lies.

"This is my first time buying item from dx. I ordered cubot x6 with $189 price on 03/06. "This company does not respond well to customers queery at all. all they say is "No Worry, we will follow up and prioritize". My orders consist of three small items. They packed it in two for I don't know why, and then second parcel is nowhere to be found. I e-mailed the company, no response, after 2 weeks I chatted with an agent who said it was sent to Brazil. I asked and insisted for a refund, guy just kept typing no worries and just wait for e-mail and then hanged up on me. His name is Michael by the way. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, JUST THINK TWICE.... YOU'LL EITHER GET IT OR YOU'RE JUST PLAIN HITTING YOUR OWN HEAD WITH A HAMMER..... BEWARE.."

"I ordered Samsung galaxy s2 on date 14/03/2014 . Waited 2 months and they just say "Wait for several weeks Please!"

After 2 months they ask me your order lost and if you want to re-post you have to pay for tracking number .

I paid again for tracking number and now after 94 days (18/06/2014) they told me that your postage return back to office ... sorry , Please reorder

ridicules , awful ... now I just want to refund my payment.

"At the first time I was very happy with DX.com products, support and shipping. But after buying a cell phone, a Doogee DG300 with # tracking RQ232622364SG. I wait more than 50 days the item never come and the # tracking never update. Very strange cause a lot of package come yet to my home (RQ232629447SG,
RQ207440308SG, RQ232629455SG, RQ232624396SG) The postal office say: The item never came to the country. The problem is the DX.com service support, I write to they a week ago, without any responce... still waiting....

Edited! Full refound after 60 days! order a new cell phone again

"Unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted in stock which I'm assuming happened after I ordered as my order went through but aside from that my experience with them was great. They were quite prompt to tell me that the item wasn't in stock and they weren't aware of when it would be back in stock and gave me the appropriate options to opt out, change my order or just wait. I decided to opt out and get a refund which they quickly did so all in all, their customer service team is doing a swell job."

"I have placed two separate orders with DX since I found this website. Both times items I ordered were out of stock but the website did not say so when I placed my order. They processed the order first then told me the items were out of stock. The first time it took over 3 weeks. The second time it took 39 days to get my stuff. They would not let me cancel or change my order; kept telling me that my order was processed and was on its way. It was not Canada Post fault. Please see details below, shipping information was copied from Singapore Post website: Order placed May 9, 2014; Order fulfilled May 21; Order dispatched by Singapore Post May 27; Order received by Canada Post June 13; Order received by me June 16. My complain is that if the item a customer ordered is out of stock, it should say so right away on the website. Also it should allow a customer to cancel or change the order, or at least send balance of the order so customer does not have to wait for everything in the order. I would not order from this website again. 39 days is not a normal wait time for internet order."

"You have to be mindful of the products you buy from them, look a the reviews from other people on their site for whatever product you want.

Shipping can take a long time from China. Customs will sometimes hold it for stupid lengths of time for no apparent reason, only to have it delivered totally unopened (Canada). If something is broken DX has really good customer service and will 'make it right'.

I ended up getting a busted antenna from them and they refunded the purchase price. I still have store credit that I need to use to buy a new one :)

Overall solid service, and the usual expected shipping delays.
