"I ordered a deck light from DecorPrice.com. When I received the item after several weeks, it was the incorrect item (wrong brand, wrong item#, completely wrong size). The customer service agent, Sam, informed me that the item I ordered was discontinued and the item they sent me is the "good one" despite the fact that I can find the original item at half a dozen other online retailers. At this point, Sam requested pictures so I sent pictures of the box, original packaging, and the incorrect item with a tape measure in the picture for scale. I tried to resolve this matter directly by email and phone but got nowhere. Now I understand why the light was $50 cheaper than the nearest competitor. I issued a stop payment from my credit card and ended up ordering the light from a reputable company. I seriously question the integrity and honesty of a company that would go about business this way. In the end it was an incredibly negative experience and a big waste of time. "

"I found pendants for my new home at a great price, so I ordered 4 of them despite comments that the company was a scam. I placed my order on April 3,2017 but when I logged into my account the order did not show up, however the credit card was charged, so that made me nervous. Two weeks later we had not recieved any updates on the order status so we began calling them only to be told "they'll ship thursday or friday next week"...those days came and went so we called again "monday or tuesday for sure"....those days came and went. Finally, on May 12th, after about 8 phone calls and 2 *unsanswered* electronic inquiries, my fiance demanded a refund...and behold-we got an email that the items were being shipped THAT DAY, finally.

They seem to be trying to scam people who don't bother following up, so be prepared to call often and put the pressure on if you don't get your items in a timely fashion because that is the only way they actually send your stuff.

We recieved the pendants very quickly...May 15th... which is the ONLY reason I generously gave them 2 stars. Honestly I didn't think I would recieve them at all but suprisingly they showed up and were actually the items that we had ordered.
The light fixtures are not installed yet (now we have to wait for the electrician to be available again because the order took over a month to get to us) so hopefully they actually work.

Needless to say I will NOT be ordering anything from this company again, which **** for them because I have a whole brand new house to furninsh and decorate and a lot of money to do that with thanks to our wedding. You played yourselves. "
