"Light arrived damaged. Decor price gave huge hassle thenwhen I jumped through all their hoops, they stopped responding and did not exchange or refund."

"I'm not one to write reviews, but I think my story needs to be heard by others. I received a defective light and was first told they would send out a new one and once I received it, I could send the defective one back. Well I didn't hear anything, so I called back and was told that they couldn't do that anymore, so I would need to send the defective one back first and then they would send out a new one right away, so I did. Again, didn't hear anything back from them, so I emailed the customer service rep I had been dealing with. He told me that they had credited my credit card and that if I wanted another one I would have to place another order. So I went online to do so and the light was double the price I paid for it! $600 vs $300. So again, I contacted them and after going back and forth for 20 min, he hung up on me! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE. They offered 15% off, plus $35. Well that is still $180 more than what I paid. Horrible customer service. Please take your business elsewhere. So many other companies have great service. Best price isn't always the best. Its companies like this that make building (remodeling, upgrading, etc.) a house miserable. Wasted so much of my time for nothing. Very, VERY frustrating. "

Horrible customer service at DecorPrice

"Unprofessional and rude representative answering the phone. They claim "no hassle returns", yet charge a fortune restocking fee for an item which arrived not as they described on the website + expensive return shipping fee. Not worth shopping at Decorprice. Take your business elsewhere. One star is generous for them."

Max does the max !

"Wonderful customer service - I purchased an awesome light ( amazing price too) for my bathroom and didn't open the box for about a month . After getting around to redoing our bathroom I noticed that a few globes for the light were broken ! I messaged the customer service , Max in my case took care of it ! Although I should have checked as I got the box he still went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer for replacements ! 5 stars all the way!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

"I ordered a light and did not like it in the space when it arrived. Per instructions on the website, I tried to make the return after 3 days I finally called to find out they have a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay over $50 to to ship it back. So over $90 to return a $200 light. And to top if off the agent said "Too bad.. so sad, I guess you should learn to measure better" Unless you know FOR SURE you will not return - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!"

"Best price around and quick shipping. Not receiving bothering email like other sites to ask you to pay additional for faster delivery. Bought two pieces (in stock items) by two different orders. Both came in without issue.

Great Customer Service-Answered all questions

"The store helped me get the ceiling fan I wanted when no one else had it yet. They were able to answer all questions, even called the Mfg. when they didn't know something. On top of everything they had a great price also. They accepted Paypal credit which helped me out tremendously. Great all around experience will definitely be back for additional ceiling fans."

Fast and Fabulous

"I am doing a total remodel of my downstair, open concept kitchen all new hardwood floors and painting of my entire downstairs living space. I purchased a ceiling light for my living room to match the new changes made to the remodel. I found the particular light on one of my favorite online websites that I have furnished almost my entire house from that site but, Decorprice had it for much less. The service was fast, the product was better than expected and I am very, very satisfied with the end results of the change to my living room. There were no problems with the ordering, the service, the shipping or my satisfaction. Everything went smoothly and I will be shopping here again along with recommending their site to others."

Great Pricing. Authentic Products and Awesome Pricing

"I was looking to buy lighting for my home and did my homework online on the lighting fixtures I wanted. When researching products I had called Decorprice in addition to other sites and their response was always timely. they even encouraged me to make sure I buy what I am sure of and check with electrician if I am not sure. the other sites were just pushy sales people who wanted to make a quick sale and offered me better pricing if I was looking to pull the trigger now.
Once I finalized my list, I got prices for 4 different sites including Amazon. Decorprice was the lowest on 3 of them and matched the price for me on the 4th one. I wanted my order to ship together rather than receiving 4 different shipments and they were able to consolidate the delivery even though I had ordered different brands. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with them. I even asked them you guys have some bad review and they explained me that users threatned them bad reviews since they would have to charge restocking fees. they would work and reduce the restocking but users did not want to pay a penny for returning. they have a fulfillment warehouse to support their volume of shipments and the warehouse charges them restocking fees which they have to pass on to their customers. As a result they want to make sure users buy once they have reasonable belief that the product is what they are looking for. I own my own small business selling sports items and I have the same issue with my business as well. I completely understand their perspective and is one of the primary reasons I shy away from selling my products online. I hope other customers understand the process and pay for restocking if they make an error. I would hate for a small business like Decorprice.com to get negative reviews just because the customer does not want to pay restocking fees.

Scam company arrogant Indian people

"do not do business with these people or you will be sorry. I ordered an item on a Friday at around 6:30. I sent a cancel request within 45 minutes. The company was closed for an extended holiday. They came back in and created a ups label ignored my email and sent a follow up email that I would be charged 20mper cent restock fee and pay for shipping. I don't think so...and to make matters worse they are extremely arrogant Indian people who told me they would keep my money and charge me twice for the same item..do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else"
