Previously returned, open box items sold as new. Fraudsters!

"Purchased Toto SW2043#01 Washlet C200.
The old RMA form from the customer who returned the toilet seat was still in the box.
Some pieces were missing and others were displaced lose in the package.
These people do not sell "new" merchandise.

GREAT RESPONSE / GREAT PRICING

"Order two sets of light and received globes different than what were displayed on line in the picture.... One call and an email to follow up and the situation was rectified. I sent the wrong globes back to the company and before I could send them out I had the new globes delivered to my doorstep. Always professional and courteous to deal with. I personally will do business again with them as they had the best pricing and although a little confusion rectified the problem quickly and courteously! Thank you for everything Sam!!"

Fraudulent company - will not refund money

"I never write business reviews but the negative experience I've had warrants one. I ordered a ceiling fan, had it installed, and found out it was defective. I contacted them to return it. It took a week but they finally provided me with a return label. I shipped it back July 5. I've contacted them 3 times about not receiving my refund. It's now August 5 and they still have not processed a refund and they are no longer responding to my messages. I just filed a complaint with BBB as well as disputed the charge with my credit card company. Long story short, this company **** and is not worth the headache even if you're saving a few bucks. "

Fast Delivery and excellent customer service

"I found this folks while doing some research online for my construction project. I thought to test them before I make any purchase, so I called customer service and the guy who answered the phone sounds very professional and kind. To my surprise he was full of knowledge and answered all the queries as if he was in this business from a long time ago. Without any delay I put my requirement and placed the order. Order delivered on time and all the items were in a perfect shape. My project completed on time and received appreciation from my client.

Decorprice is really genuine and great. I must say they are the best online sellers I have ever met.

****!!!!

"This place really ****. First of all, they don't stock any items.. or doesn't seem like they do. They put you on hold for as long as you give up and don't give you the answers. I waited 8 days, and I only received 3 items of the things I have ordered. When I call, the first rep placed me on an infinite hold. I call again with another phone, the next rep said the items will get shipped out tomorrow. I asked him to repeat my order number, he couldn't because when I told him my order number I specifically gave it very fast and see if he is genuine about it and guess what? He got CAUGHT LYING!!! Don't deal with this BS company. LIES LIES LIES!"

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!

"I ordered a ceiling fan through DecorPrice.com. Before ordering I called customer service to confirm the color of the fan because the picture on line looked gray but description said weathered pecan. I asked if the "weathered "is what made it gray. The response was yes the gray comes through ,so I ordered it. When I received the fan it was not the color I wanted. I called to return and told them I didn't feel I should pay return shipping or restocking fee because I was told by their customer service prior to purchasing the fan that it was a different color. After many emails back and forth I was so frustrated I picked up the phone to speak to someone. I kept getting the run around. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they weren't available that someone would call me back. I never received a call back. After several more calls and emails, I was told they would send me a pre-paid return shipping label but I would still have to pay the restocking fee. I said why would they agree to free return shipping but not waive the restocking fee. I never received a response. After a couple of months of this torture, I called the supplier that was on my invoice. Within minutes I was emailed a pre-paid shipping label and was told that there would be no restocking fee. I feel that Decorprice is such a scam. They must make a lot of money on restocking fees. I think they give you the run around with the intention of making you so frustrated you just give up. I will never do business with them again and I am reporting them to the attorney general for poor business practices which I believe to be unethical!!! "

If you are a masochist...

"Go ahead and deal with them. They will slowly torture you. Bought 3 small light fixtures to go over the sink area in a kitchen. They required professional installation which was delayed by mold abatement by 30 days. Hired electricians. Two of the fixtures worked, one was not functional as the contact points were missing. Electricians charge by the hour+ trip charge. Out of pocket for that non working fixture...130.00. Fixture was shipped back after much discussions. Basically they did not want to exchange it. I repackaged the fixture in the original box and shipped per their instructions. I got scolded for improper packaging. (The original packaging...) I had taken pics of the fixture and the pictures deflated their garbage claims about broken crystal and scratched canopy. All lies they tried to claim. Finally received the "replacement" fixture. Electricians made trip two out here, another 130.00 to put the light up and low and behold...the top of the fixture does not match the other two. They hang side by side by side. Decor price offered me 15 dollar credit as a solution. Yea, because that would make them match...Not. And another scolding for not calling them before installation. Mind you, you would only notice the dif upon installation. As of now I have crap hanging in my kitchen and I see a third 130.00 charge coming as soon as the electrician makes it out here. Ludicrous, pathetic, poor business practices. I would never buy from them again. I would suggest you go anywhere else because this is a horrible reseller with absolutely no customer service skills or savyy. I will be talking to my Attorney General because frankly they do not need to be afforded the opportunity to rip off VA consumers."

Great Costumer Service & Best prices on products

"I am always looking for the best deal for products, after researching and pricing on multiple sites, I found DecorPrice. They have the best prices hands down. I ordered a light fixture and then realized that I wouldn't need it for my new house. The fixture had already shipped so it was too late to cancel the order. Costumer service helped me to send it back FREE and this was a very large box!! I will be purchasing my future fixtures from DecorPrice and look forward to shopping with them."

"I recently purchased two lighting fixtures for a customer of mine and I was in a rush since I had to finish the project. Called some online stores and no one could offer the fast shipping I was looking for. I not only got the fixtures in 2 days but was given a decorpro price because I am an interior designer. I will reward Decorprice back with giving them preference for all my future home decor projects. they set me up with an access so I can check my decorpro price, availabilility and shipping from city and state so I can plan out the project at my convenience. Not even Amazon can do what DecorPrice.com did for me. I am glad I found this small business and will support them as well."

BUYER BEWARE

"If you like being hung up on when the $2300 tub arrives incorrect and being told that even thought they had it pictured backwards on their website you will have to pay restocking and return freight then I guess they do a good job. I had to do a paypal dispute to get a refund but still had to pay $436 to return the tub. Worst service I have ever encountered. Ever!!!!"

"I am editing this review upon request from the merchant after issue resolution -

In a nut shell, ordered products on 10/25 and I received a defective item. Customer support is offshore (India) and while I'm certain their metrics show how great they are the result was that after several dozen support ticket comments the issue was closed by the India staff and left unresolved. After filing a dispute through credit card I was notified by someone in the United States. There was a clear disconnect between the US and offshore counterparts which resulted in frustration, confusion, and repetition of what I had explained weeks earlier. The issue was resolved on 12/7 upon receipt of a replacement. I will say that the NJ based folks were very responsive and went the extra distance to make this right. The only problem is that they do not automatically engage. My advice to anyone shopping here is that if there are any problems, do not waste a lot of time with the ticket system and offshore support. If they cannot get it right in an exchange or two, escalate to your credit card company and get someone in the US to help you.

"I purchased a Hubbardton Forge chandelier from DecorPrice recently. After shopping around on the web I found their prices and selection to be the best. It arrived within the timeframe promised, but it took several weeks for my electrician to actually come and install the fixture. Once up, we realized the 5 bulb covers were missing. I contacted DecorPrice and they were very nice about the situation. Within three days the missing bulb covers arrived at my door. I would definitely purchase from them again!"

"This company is an absolute joke as others have said, we ordered 2 end tables from them. Only one showed up with no notification that we would be getting them at different times and the one that came had a defect in the stain so I sent them pictures of it and asked where our second table was. The second table ended up being delivered so emailed them to tell them. They finally replied and claimed they could not see the pictures. I sent the pictures multiple times and now a week later they are saying they still cant see the pictures. We will never order from them ever again!! The only reason we did was because they had the best price for the end tables and we thought we could trust a google trusted store but obviously that doesn't mean anything. "

"Me and my wife were looking for a foyer chandelier and we found decorprice based on google search for foyer chandelier. After looking through the options we shortlisted 3 models and contacted them for pricing and availability. Sam provided great pricing and gave us free shipping for a week and stated he could expediete for an additional charge if we were in rush. we had planned earlier so were in no rush. we were a little concerned after reading the reviews but also saw decorprice.com was google trusted. We placed our order with Sam and are happy it was the best decision we made. The chandelier arrived in 3 days via R&L Carriers. Sam called us with tracking next day after we placed the order and the carrier called us 2 days after we placed order to set up the delivery. In addition to the great price and service, we also received rewards points which we redeemed against our flushmounts and LED bulbs. we love decorprice.com and recommend it to everyone"
