The company then arranged to have the item drop-shipped from the manufacturer, and it arrived here 15 after having place the order. The speed of delivery was not the quickest, but it was not unreasonable. During the shipment the glass shade of the fixture was broken. The drop shipment contained no instruction with respect to the procedure for making a damage claim. I telephoned the manufacturer, and while the manufacturer said I "should have" called DecorPrice (notwithstanding the drop shipment containing no advice to that effect), the manufacturer's representative was courteous and without hesitation said that he send out a replacement shade. Indeed, a few days later the replacement shade arrived.
