"The order turned around quickly and the staff seemed to truly care about the finished product. I approved the initial proof against their recommendation and they contacted me a second time to give me an alternate option as they felt strongly that I would not be happy with the finished product. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished result. They also allowed me to change the pen ink color midway through the process with no fuss and no charges incurred for that change. Will definitely order from these folks again! "

"This company is a joke and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered a product that was advertised as "Free 24 Hour Production." The day I ordered, I received an email at 5:29pm from our account manager that this manufacturer could not provide the product within the timeline advertised. I responded to the email 4 minutes later with an alternative option (even mentioning that we would take any manufacturer that could deliver by our due date). When I hadn't heard back by 11am the next morning I called the customer service line and spoke to a representative who told me that our account maanger "has only been at his desk for 3 hours so he will get to your email soon" and promised that "he will definitely get your order in today, no problem!" This customer service agent even said that he was sending him a Skype message to remind him to look our for our email. By 2pm I still hadn't received a confirmation or reply so I found our representative's direct phone number and called only to hear a message that he was out of the office for the entire day and would not be back until Friday. I called the customer service line again and was told that the cut off time for approving my artwork was 3pm that afternoon so there was no way we would have our product by our deadline. They offered no solution and no explanation for Tom's lack of communication. If his office hours end at 5:30pm and he would not be the entire following day, but knew that we could only confirm our order that day, why would he not put our order to the attention of another staff member that would be in the office??? Why was I not informed that I had a 1 minute window of time to confirm the order otherwise we would not get our product by the deadline??? Why was our credit card charged for an order that was never confirmed in their system??? Why was I told that he had been at his desk for 3 hours if he was out of the office that whole day??? I am appalled at the level of service I received from this company. I have worked in both retail and customer service and I would never give this service to any customer. The cherry on top was the email I received over 1 week later from Tom saying "Because I did not receive a product choice, the order has missed your time frame. I need to see if you would like to pursue an alternate item and take them late, or to cancel and refund the order. Please let me know, and I’ll take appropriate action." Apparently 6 emails, 2 phone messages, and Skype messages from his own coworkers are not enough to confirm product choice. The customer service agent let me know that they have "no control over what is on the website, and that is actually annoying to us too.. we complain all the time" - so you can expect that the advertisements on the website are false. I was told that our order would be cancelled and our card refunded immediately and 1 week later we have not received the funds. We are an educational nonprofit and do not have expendable funds to be held for a product that was never even confirmed."

"The purse-hanger metal key chains were a big hit and overall very nice. Unfortunately the logo was not centered correctly on over half of them. I would've sent them back for a re-do, but had to have them for an event so had no time for that."

"Free Art Assistance" is posted all over the website, yet I was told they couldn't help or guide me to improve the DPI of my file. After trying over 5 times, confirming the that the DPI of the image was 300 and having them still declining to print it...I took my business elsewhere and love the finished product!"
