"First of all, I had a lot of problems with the website. They required a complicated password and every time I entered the password, it was not recognized. I had to enter a chat session to get into my account for proof approval many times. That took a lot of time and was annoying. Secondly, their communication was very confusing. They had advisements about the artwork and font size I entered. I appreciated that but I did not know how to respond due to the awkward wording. So, again I had to enter a chat session to have questions answered. Once that process was completed, I received a final proof and I just had to wait for delivery which was as expected. I was very pleased with the product and the print job! The delivery cost was excessive. I wish that had been stated before I ordered the product. I probably would still have ordered, but still it would have been nice to know beforehand."

"My company has used Ink Head for rally towels before and we like the quality. I was very disappointed this time, however, because online, I selected a date that I needed the product by (and it allowed me to) and then after I submitted the order AND paid, I received an email from my account executive that stated that the delivery date was absolutely not possible! In fact, it was not delivered until 2 weeks later! When I asked about rush production that they advertised and rush delivery, I was simply told that was not an option. I tried to call my account executive and never got a call back. "

"Every product I have ordered through InkHead has been great quality and the customization has been great quality. Their user interface was easy to use (in terms of designing the items). This being said, the shipping aspect leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered items to be here in time for a group of new hires to get their welcome kits. The items were ten days behind schedule and did not get any sort of update about this until I repeatedly called customer service. Once I hounded customer service (more than 3 calls to get an actual arrival date and shipping information), I did get the information I needed. Their customer service are responsive and polite, but that does not make the stuff come faster. I will likely order from InkHead again because of the quality of the items, but I will be ordering with a 2+ week cushion due to the disappointment on delivery. I hope InkHead is able to make this right for me, as I do believe in their product and intend on being a loyal customer. "
