"I called in to Inkhead the other day to check in on a shipment that felt a little delayed. We have an event next week, so it's very urgent that we have the items in on time. The representative said that she would check in and see if she could expedite the shipping and do whatever she could to ensure that we would get our shipment on time.
I never heard anything back, and the next day I received an email saying our package has shipped, but it was estimated to arrive after our event. Really disappointing. "
