" The process of ordering online was not easy I had to call several times and depending on who I got on the phone they experience was mixed however the results and the actual product very happy about and we will be returning for more products the phone service could be much better "

Terrible Quality! Horrible Product Descriptions! Things are NOT what they appear on their site!

"The first sales associate I spoke with regarding my order that I specifically searched google for RUSH NEXT DAY DELIVERY PROMO PRINTING was pretty rude to me when she called to confirm my order- as she gawked and gasped as I told her the date I needed the items by. THEN WHY DO U HAVE IT LISTED UNDER THE RUSH/NEXT DAY CATEGORY?!! She acted as if she’d never even SEEN their website, didn’t have a CLUE as to what on earth I was even talking about. In fact, she just didn’t want to hear it- period, as she kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain the whole reason WHY I chose Inkhead to begin with!
After her “major ordeal” in “making it happen on time”, she told me after talking it over w her designers or whoever makes the crappy paper-thin & cheap CHEAP looking drawstring backpack bags, she approved the order to be delivered the day before I needed it.
So... I get the box. OMG.
1.- They didn’t have the stark WHITE bags in ANY sort of protecting bag or covers or anything- looked like the warehouse just counted out 120 of the bags and literally dumped them in a huge box & sent them on their way. Half the bags had permanent and awful looking creases & wrinkles. That’s nothing compared to the next thing I noticed....
2.- Due to the ridiculously CRAPPY material the bags are made of (seriously they look and feel like a weird paper/cloth/plastic type material that you can see straight thru!) The black ink they used to stamp my logo on MELTED STRAIGHT THRU ALL 110 BAGS!!! I literally counted ONLY 10 bags that didn’t have huge melted gaping holes!
I was freaking out, as my event was only a day and 1/2 away. Thanksfully one of their OTHER sales associates, she was decently nice and told me she’d have a new batch overnighted to me.
I get the bags, which are sadly the SAME CRAPPY MATERIAL as before- which I told her how horrific they were! (Besides the melted holes!) She didn’t care apparently.
I didn’t even get to use the majority of them, as I had to hand deliver each one as people walked by my booth.
It was sad and embarrassing as most people waved me off, once they saw what crap of a bag I was trying to hand them.
Oh well. Lesson learned. I partly blame myself for waiting til the last minute to order online like this. But if this company wouldn’t have made it sound like it was soooo easy to get certain product THE NEXT DAY or even TWO DAYS, then I wouldn’t have chosen them from the Google rankings. Idk HOW they’re at the top of the list, prob $$paying$$ for that spot- which is also crappy, as another legitimate NEXT DAY printing co could benefit from their misleading and untrue spot!
I’ll never use or refer anyone to Inkhead. Ever. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews BEFORE I did this order! Apparently there are TONS of others that have gone thru the same “CRAP”! (My word of the day today, lol!)

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we cannot make a choice on your behalf as to what works for you and your budget. We offer many different styles for all promotional products and encourage customers to get samples to inspect product and color prior to placing an order. I understand you didn't have time for that when you placed the order. Additionally, there wasn't time to choose an alternate item when we overnighted the replacement to meet the event date. I see that our customer service team followed up with you after the delivery on August 2nd and they haven't heard back. That's the best avenue to address any additional questions or concerns. ”

Excellent Service and Easy Ordering Process

"We had a project that we needed canvas bags with full color logos printed. The approvers on my team changed their minds 3 times with the placement and sizing of the artwork. The patience and turnaround time of the artwork team was excellent. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone needing promotional items."

Simple ordering process

"My one complaint is that you cannot process a reorder at a different quantity than you originally ordered. You have to go through the entire design process again just because you want a different quantity than before. Other than that, it is a simple process."
