Saturday for an extra fee. Was called on Friday by the delivery company and once again on Saturday morning. They showed up on time and very courteous and professional. Both items were brand new and in original packaging. Great pricing and fast delivery. AAA++++"

"These guys are really slow! I bought a Viking Vent from them. On the site it showed the item as in stock. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I sent an email to the customer service address. They said they did not have the item, but would get it in less than a week. That was 10 days ago, and they still have not shipped the item"
"Ordered dishwasher and 5-year extended warranty. Received dishwasher, did NOT receive warranty. Wrote to company 4 times asking for warranty. Each time, company NON responsive. Now, 4 weeks have gone by and I will contact the attorney general of the state of NJ and report fraud and suspected criminal activity by this company. In addition, i will dispute the charge with Visa. Horrible customer service. "
"Checked the reviews before I bought, and they were generally good. We had a horrible experience. Absolutely no communication from these people at all. They debited our card, took our money, but we heard nothing. We called 2 days later and only after that did we receive an order confirmation e-mail, so apparently they hadn't even entered it yet. A few days later, still no call from them and no shipping notification, so we called again. We were told the item was backordered and wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. Again, no call, e-mail or any other communication from them. We called once again. The item still hadn't arrived and they had no idea if it had been ordered or when it would ship. Back to square 1 - and throughout this entire process they never contacted us once. We had to do all of the following up and still ended up with nothing. I ended up cancelling my order. I'll go elsewhere. "
"Ordered microwave 2/20/12. Sales confirmed stock and I scheduled warehouse pickup for 2/23/12. Called morning of pickup to be told "it was not on the truck". Later I was told the one sold to me had already been sold to someone else. On 2/28/12 they canceled the order. I could wait until May or chose a more expensive model. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. DISHONEST!

"Designer Appliances is one of the worst companies you can do business with. I received a damaged refrigerator from them. When I wanted to return the refrigerator since it was defective, they told me I had to rent a truck to bring the frig to them (cost me $100 for the truck rental plus gas) and on top of that, they would charge me a 20% restocking fee for something that was not my fault. I paid $400 (plus tax) for the frig, so they said they would refund me $320. Over a month later after calling several times to check up on my refund, they only refunded me $150 and refused to refund the remaining $170 since they were only paid $150 by the manufacturer of the frig. I should not have to pay for their mistake."
