"This is the worse buying experience I have ever been part of. They immediately take your order, notify UPS of shipment for tracking number, and mark the order complete. They never ship an item with UPS, notifying UPS of shipment is just to keep you from figuring things out too early. The have a different scam once you figure there is a problem and try to contact them. There is no customer service on the phone, just a recording that says their representatives are too busy and you need to use the website. So lets go to the website. I have 8 tickets in without one ever being opened much less answered. I am now in the second week of dealing with this mess and I don't expect a resolution through this place. Instead, I will probably need to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Folks, you have better things to do with your time than deal with this fraud."
"I have been trying to cancel an order I made on April 29th. I requested the cancel on 5/4/16. They had my request in a pending status for 2 more days. The tracking showed shipped on 5/6/16 and I received it on 5/7/16. Then a support team email came on 5/7/2016 saying my order was shipped and to reply with additional questions. The email would not take my reply. I went to the website and sent another message stating not only was my cancel request ignored but they sent me the WRONG phone. I can not use it even if I wanted to. Ugh! I am so frustrated with the non response. I do not want their store credit. I just want the RMA/return label and a full refund. This is awful service. "

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a phone and case on April 20th, received my tracking number, but it still has not left their facility. They make you think you are getting a good deal, yet they do not send your purchase out in a timely manner like they promise. And don't even bother trying to call. The past three days I have called them over 50 times and I have never gotten someone on the phone. I think that their workers must be really lazy because the phone will ring every time, but it always goes to their voicemail saying to either call them back or put in a help desk ticket. They also say they do not listen to their voicemail's due to their high volume. I can tell you one thing, the reason they have a high volume of calls is because they are very incompetent. I have entered three help desk tickets in the last three days and I have still not gotten a reply. I would give them no stars if I could. "

I received an email the following day April 22nd 2016 with shipping information..Your Shipment #100020032 for Order #100031460..It said i should expect my package in 2-6 days and gave me a tracking number 9400111699000400345213..After passing the stated time of 2-6 business days I submitted a help ticket asking what was going on.Ticket ID: ZFJ-070-84985. It said in an automated email message I would hear back. I haven't heard back and submitted another ticket. Ticket ID: EZW-062-03220..Still to this point no phone, no refund, and no response. "

The phone they sent me was so bashed up, it looked like it was used heavily for about 3 years. "This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received in a long time by far. I ordered a phone from them TWO WEEKS AGO. The first week the package was still stuck in processing. I opened a help desk ticket, which to this day remains unanswered, Calling them is useless, because apparently, they don't know what a call center is. All you can get out of them this way is a voicemail of some guy whining about their "high call volume." Yeah, that's what call centers are for, guy If you can't answer all of the calls you receive then hire people who can do it for you. You should be able to do that since your "high call volume" means that you're getting good business, though I'm starting to wonder how many of these people actually got something out of this site. Oh, did I mention that you can't leave a voicemail? That's right, they are SO busy that they don't want you to leave a voicemail because that means they might actually have to talk to a customer. I don't think there is ANYBODY on the phones, and if they're is, then people are being ignored. ONE WEEK LATER I broke down and called eBay to handle the situation. Of course, they processed my order immediately. Two days later, the package is still in Pre-shipment. In other words. They printed the label, because, if they didn't take action then eBay would have refunded my money. They have until Tuesday morning to ship it before I call eBay again. I'm not expecting a package, and I'm looking forward to a refund in my very near future."
